Hello everyone
Am a software engineer stuck the same lifestyle and currently in Chennai. Am am more active in another forum with the same id. I am more of a "car" guy and I think it's just changing. Bought a well maintained CBR 250 in May 2018 and hence I started spending more time here. Been loving the freedom a bike gives and also the new experience called "riding".
The brethren community has been helpful in the short time and am sure I'll be posting more. There's not much I can contribute since am more of a newbie into serious riding (or getting there). I have ridden a Hero Honda Passion and a Honda Unicorn before, and might have clocked all of a 500 kms in my life till CBR pitched in.
Did around 2500 kms in the last 6 months. Spent some bucks on gear and some more are in the list to purchase. Looking forward to more experiences in reading and contributing to the community and also hopefully be a part of the rides from Chennai.
Since I talk to more people after getting the bike (making friends is so easy when you have a bike) - I got to know that there are WhatsApp groups for rides. Would be happy if someone can give more details or add me to the Chennai based groups.
