  • Old man on a bike

Good day to you all. I am a Brit septuagenarian (76), biker and writer. I have explored the Americas over the past three years on a Honda 125, 60,000Ks. Now for India in search of the magic discovered in my youth - or in flight from my years, a six month ride beginning in October. A Honda 125 is the perfect steed - though with a custom seat!
As to where, in part a retracing of past travel, all the way south, north to Nepal, both oceans, desert, mountains, cities, hill stations.
I shall be immensely grateful for advice...

        Welcome to xBhp and India!

Sir, it is an honor to have you amongst us. You are more than welcome to our land, where chaos and inner peace co-exist. October is still far away but you can always PM (private message) me for any help. Which city would be you be landing first?

Welcome simongandolfi. It is a privilege for us to see you here. I have read about your exploits. As Sunny says... we will be more than ready to have you amongst us... it will be a pleasure to hear your stories on motorcycles from lands far away.

Do let us know about your programme.

            Welcome, Sir.

As Sunny said, it is truly an honor having you amongst us here in xBhp.

I am quite certain this will help you. A certain biker from Bangalore, South India started his journey a few months back covering a lot of India. It is yet to come to an end, but right now he is in Nepal. Below is the link to his beautiful journey so far.

                              Dear Siman

                              Welcome

I am 50 years old spend 30 years of my life in designing clothes for women, but recently I have changed my attitude towards life, we live only once and I would want to see the world on a bike.

Want to start with India first (Leh & Ladakh than to the east and last south ).

I am new to this community and Xbhp Team has been very kind, I am sure you will get a lot of help and suggestions here. I am from Pune which is close to Mumbai. If you require any help please count me in.

                              Regards
                              I can make it

                              Oops.... No I can't
