  • Hello guys! Pwner from West Bengal!

    Just got 18 this year and naturally, new to biking community (but not new to riding :P).

    So, here's a little about myself:

    I am a (web) security enthusiast, (aka web hacking) and hence the username "pwner" which means to own (pwn servers). Also, I regularly partake in bug bounties and in the bug hunting community.

    As of studies, I am prepping for my Medicals next year (repeating).

    Have very limited interests and motorcycling is one of them! So, what are your opinions on engaging with this community? Also, I was planning on to buy a used superbike from my earnings or, should I rather buy a new sports bike (entry level)?

    Bikes in possession: I currently own (actually owned by my dad) a Hero Glamour '16, which doesn't give me the feel of riding lol. So, planning to upgrade now!
    Hero Glamour Fi 2017 - present
    Hero Splender 2004 - 2017

    Future Plans (next 1-2 yrs) - Yamaha R3 -> ZX6R -> Busa

    Hello and welcome to the family.
    When one plans to buy a bike (especially the first one), it is always advisable to go with a smaller one unless they have a lot of superbike-riding experience under their belt. Also, smaller bikes are more fun because you can utilise more of their potential more frequently when compared to superbikes.
    In the end, the decision is up to you.

      A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.
