I discovered this forum by way of a link provided by one of my fellow members
of the Rune Riders forum, ( http://www.Runeriders.com ) You have a topic
    http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/first-impressions/8074-xbhp-first-impression-honda-rune.html )
and many of the members here had some very nice things to say about the motorcycle we love.

I just wanted to introduce myself and to say thank you to Sunny who wrote the text
and to those who commented so positively about our motorcycles.

The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

The Rune is between a Boss Hoss and a Suzuki Boulevard.

This is the first Rune delivered in the State of Florida, USA.
Because there are so few Runes after markets are costly and difficult to find.
This one has just about everything available.

The positive comments about the Rune, posted on this forum, have been seen
by a lot proud Rune owners. We all thank you for kind words.

Welcome Chuck. The Honda Rune text was written by a gentleman named 'Old Fox'. The photos were taken by me.

You must remember that things work very different here in India, what most people take granted in the west (bike being availaible off the showroom, good roads, road etiquettes ) are to be 'won' here in India. Therefore you might some 'cultural differences' while interacting here on the forums. Rest assured you have a warm welcome here!

I remember traveling with a Rune to a nearby hill station sometime ago. I was on a R1. The sound is very peculiar, especially at lower revs (because of the cylider configuration prolly) adding to the whole outwardly outlook of the bike.

Here is a photo of the ride which had a Rune (in the 2nd row left):

Rune is one bike along with the Blackbird I wish Honda shouldn't have stopped making. Both wonderful machines. I have had the pleasure of having the Bird

Talking of Rune here, I haven't seen it in person yet, but I am sure gonna have my jaw wide open touching the tarmac when it will happen, heh! This is one cruiser I would love to get.

Would love to read your experience with it.

                          Welcome aboard, Chuck!
