Hey Guys,
I am Dinesh Samtani, 25 years of age and a software profesional working for Citi Financial Services.
I have always been enthu about bikes. I currently own a HH Splendor(Jan 2000 model). Its going to be the 10th Anneversary for my bike in a month but my bike was unused for around 6 years. I ahve been riding the bike since last 3 years.
I have done just 1 bking ride with my local friends. We went for a bike trip to ali baug. An around pen, i met with an accident cos of a stupid maruti overtaking from the wrong side on a sloped curve, where i was forced to go off road and fell of the bike....ripped all the flesh on my knee, luckily no fractures, but the wound took almost 40 days to heal.
So no biking trips since then. I just cam across this forum last month. I am really interesting in going for biking rides, me also planning to buy a new bike, preferably a TBTS350. So once i own it, i really would love to go for rides. How can i get informed about all the weekend trips(small ones 1-2 days) that are happening.
I really love all the experiences you guys have posted about your trips...specially the Mumbai - Leh - Mumbai in 21 days. Inspires me to do all the things that i have just though in my mind.
