Hello all,

This is Hari from Bangalore. I have been a member of xbhp from quite long back, from my pre-bike buying days, I think from Jan 2007. I have never posted before, but used to be (still am) an avid reader of most of the threads here. I had joined the independence ride on Aug 15 2007. I am still in contact with a few people from that ride.

xbhp has had an enormous influence in a lot of things in my life. Starting from the decision on which bike to buy, to how best to ride/maintain a bike, to peacefully co-exist with other people on the road, behavior in public forums, safety and a lot lot more.
I do admire the senior members like rossiter, sunny, old fox, aryan and many others. They are my role models.

I ride a Karizma -R July 2007 model. Coincendentally, I got the delivery of the bike on the same day as my birthday, 17th .
I maintain my bike well, I have decent riding gear, I have done a few long rides, though nothing like the very longish ones here. My longest is Bangalore-Cochin and then later, Cochin-Bangalore of course. I am interested in photography too along with a bit of PC gaming.
Got a lot of things to say, but this is an intro thread, already its looking a tad mixed. Leaving it at that. Cheers
