  • Hi bike lovers

    Hello dear bike lovers

I am Girish from Bangalore. Have a great love for bikes. I am regular reader of Team BHP and seriously used to think we should have similar community for Bikers as well. Later when i came to know that there is a forum for bikers, first thing I did was to register myself for the site and waited for moderator to approve my registration. Thanks moderator for considering my request and registering me

About my roadlife, During college days, when it was not affordable to own a bike(Or any other vehicle for that matter ), used to maintain a master key which was used to turn the ignition keys ON for almost all bikes and take relatives bikes and scooters for ride
With the immense passion for driving, I always used to dream of owning a bike, car etc which ever I used to see on roads.

All my vehicles are gifted to me by my GREAT GREAT MOTHER. First bike I was gifted was, Suzuki Samurai. I rode it for 5 years, then, came Pulsar (9 months) (Backpain came free as package deal along with the Pulsar bike, sold it and envied the person who purchased my Samurai for purchasing such a lovely bike). After I sold my pulsar, my mother gifted me Maruthi Esteem which I had for 2 years and another biggest and better gift called Toyota Qualis was given to me in 2005.

Currently I have Santro and Qualis both. Santro for commuting to office and Qualis for family drive (Both long and short)

I always felt some amount of vaccum in me without a bike. Any amount of car driving will not give the pleasure of driving a bike. So, decided to have a bike and decided on Unicorn and got the delivery of the bike last monday(14th June 2010)

Would love to spend time with you guys by reading threads here and suggesting my ideas to anyone who asks for help.

    Many thanks

    Girish
