    You may have refreshed the page and resubmitted the form, which is the basic mistake lot of people make while transacting online. However dont worry, someone will follow up and get back to you. I suggest you write an official email about this to [email protected] and to [email protected] so they have it under records (money issues are best sorted out the official way .

        It has been canceled so you don't worry the payment was already credited to your account or may it will be not deducted.

          I don't want to be sarcastic but this is not the first time i am making an online transaction, as i just watched & waited for the order to complete .. but the operation just timed out .. I am using 1MBps internet line .. & all the other internet based applications were closed @ tat moment.

                    When do we(online subscribers) get the 2nd Copy of the mag?? On the same day as it hits the stands or we have to wait for 2-3 more days....... I will not be able to keep my hands off the magazine once it hits the stands.

                        how many days does it take to reach me?

                                Hi, My order number is Xbhp_183. I had also specified to start subscription from december issue, but i received the oct issue. Will my subscription start from december or should i send the magazine back?
