Hi Guys,

I opted for a yearly membership for the magazine from the xbhp page itself that redirects to infibeam.

I placed an order on 9th of June 2016. It is 12th of Sep and I am yet to receive the first copy. I have followed up with infibeam customer care, but the only response I receive from them is I need to wait for 2- 4 days.

I ran out of patience so wrote a message to xbhp on "contact" page 2 weeks back. Haven't received a response yet.

Hello Rushikesh.ware,

Similar to you i am too facing the same problem with Infibeam.

I opted for a yearly membership for xbhp magazine from xbhp page and placed my order on 18th July through infibeam. Its been almost 2 months and still i only receive replies from infibeam customer care like i need to wait for 1 more week or 2 to 4 days. 3 days back i got a mail saying that my order was shipped. But still i didn't get anything so i made a query. The reply was we took your complain and we already working on it. Everytime i get the same reply

Hi Gokul, thank you for raising your concern and joining along.
@xBhp Mods, Do you have any comments on this ? Or we will have to repent our decision of ordering the magazine from Xbhp's suggested vendor i.e. Infibeam ?

Hello monk,

Sadly my order haven't been delivered yet. But I got a mail 4 days back from infibeam that the expected shipping date has been changed to 20th of September. But I didn't get any mail regarding shipment of the order yesterday.
I don't know when this problem will be resolved.

Hi Gokul and Monk,

I received the first copy of my magazine last week (after 3 months of placing the order and after following up with Infibeam a hundred times. The phone bill was more or less same as the subscription cost added with the frustration of explaining the problem to Infibeam guys on every call and getting false delivery dates as an update)

It is interesting to see when the next copy get delivered to me post publishing it.

As of now I would not recommend anybody to buy the Xbhp magazine's yearly subscription from Infibeam.

gokul please keep us updated with the progress of your magazine subscription.

Thanks for the update rushikesh.
I received mine today about a few minutes before writing this mail. Actually i was about to call the Infibeam customer care today evening. Fortunately i got it this afternoon. It felt like years of waiting and finally received it!!!

Don't know how long should we wait for the upcoming issues though

Finally i am happy now with the first issue on my hands

Where to get Magazine at Kochi

Hi,

After a short gap, i am back into the interests of motorcycling. I am now working at Cochin. Where can i find the August - September issue?
I looked for at small dealers and also at LULU Mall, but couldnt find. I am now desperate enough to get myself a copy of xBhp magazine.

Thanks,
Jerrin

@ the MONK -Thank you, so much..

i first called the distribution guy and looked at bookstalls he told, but couldnt find yet-out of stock.
So i went directly to him and bought it.

The magazine is sure to give me an added ounce of passion to riding alongwith piece of advice on staying safe once on the road.

Thanks again..

To be honest, i don't even know what is going on with my order that I had unfortunately placed with Infibeam.

This is my copy of the e-mail they sent to me post order in Nov., 2016

I kept following up, so they went ahead and updated my account :'D

To be honest, I have no idea why we bother ordering online anymore. Maybe I should have gone ahead and bought a copy off the store only.

Any idea how to get Infibeam to at least make their minds up about my order, leave alone completing it.
