Tricolour stripes can be added...later on.
The main thing which is bugging me is the placement of the main logo.
Is the man holding the logo correct?
About tricolour vice-versa can be done that is tricolor in the front and logo and slogan at the back
The color of the Tshirt will be Black/white not grey.
I made it grey so that the logo can be seen.
Please I am a noob,so graphic designer please help!

Here are some points I would like to observe:
1.I think that you may try the logo developed by me on the central part of the tee.........The man holding the flag looks far fetched.Some character on the tee should be a biker.
2.Next,the rear of tee should bear the graphics that Srikanth has got on the front instead of a fully blown Indian flag.........and should carry some quotes.
3.Xbhp logo should be on the left sleeve,our Ashoka chakra on the right.
I am preparing the things in my mind to be visualized by you shortly
