    Hello

    The following trip is planned. (Postponed to Saturday, the 4th of October) PLAN B IS CONFIRMED

    Plan A : Saddle sore to mysore

    Meeting at Corporation circle.

    Departure : 5.30 AM on Oct 4 to Mysore.

    Arrival at mysore: 8.30 AM

    Visits to the mysore zoo, palace, brindavan gardens and random loafing around there.

    Departure from mysore: 6.00 PM (as soon as the lights come on after a round trip around the palace)

    Arrival at bangalore: 9.30 PM (after dinner enroute)

    Plan B : Lose akkal at hogenakkal.

    Meeting at Forum Mall.

    Departure : 5.30 AM on Oct 4 to Hogenakkal.

    Arrival at hogenakkal: 8.30 AM

    Visits to the zoo, random loafing and a coracle ride (of course).

    Departure from hogenakkal: 4.30 PM (I hear there's loads of stuff to be seen enroute)

    Arrival at bangalore: 8.30 PM

    Shoolagiri is also a good destination enroute. The road from dharmapuri to pennagram is the only part that is not great.

      ^^ better u guys plan a night stay in KRS in the mayura hotel. Nice place and wil be real enjoying surrounded by garden for the whole night..
      I have an experience and t was awesome!.

      Its not recommended to drive down from mysore in the night IMO ..

        We will maintain a cruising speed of about 70-80 Kmph.

        Rule: All documents, helmet for both the pillion and the rider, full jacket(any), full pants(preferably jeans) and shoes. ppl with riding gear are encouraged to wear them.

        Make sure you check the brakes (fluid/cables), coolant, engine oil and air pressure. If anyone has a puncture kit kindly carry it with you and yes a good cam. Carry water and glucose if possible.

        Rash driving, unnecessary overtaking etc. will not be tolerated.

              Nice plan guys... i thought the palace will be decorated with lights only on sundays !! I am not sure about tomorrow though !!

              I hav already planned something for this holiday .. so carry on guys ! ride safe and enjoy the g2g

                B very ver careful on mysore road. for over speed you may have to pay fine. Just keep in mind and ride safe

                      This trip is postponed to Saturday. Should have better participation given the increase in notice period.

                      I have updated the first post with details of 2 trips. Guys poll for which one is suitable.

                            Hi archi.. sorry yaar I too will be missing this trip.
                            i liked hognekkal better than mysore ,, y? coz i havent been to hognkl..

                            Bledy I am at my construction site stuck here for few more days , maybe i will return blore on monday only.
                            Never think riding safe is in vain when it could save a life time of pain.
