Give some outline of the whole programme and the exact minimum expense per head for the entire trip including T_shirt. It will helpful to all participants before the start

Hi,
Currently, the status is 14 confirmed riders and 8 tentative riders. So we are going with a figure of 18 (14+(8/2)).
Expense Estimate is as follows:
Accomodation+ Food: (1500per room/5persons)*2days+300 = 900
Fuel + Food @ Munnar = 300
Fuel for TVM guys: ((300km*2way)/40kmpl)*Rs60 = 900
Fuel for CHN guys: ((125km*2way)/40kmpl)*Rs60 = 375
So, estimated total expense:
TVM: 2100
CHN:1575
We have dropped the plan for T-shirt due to the low count.
All other plans still the same.
Adjust the calculation based on your mileage(currently using 40kmpl), and other expenses not included here. Also advisable to have some extra cash for any emergency.
Lets discuss if anyone has clarifications/suggestions.

Finally i m moving up to the confirmed riders list. After some struggle, parents are kinda ok with this even though not 100%, which i can convince at later stages .
@vishnu...after u told , just noticed that my PUC expired a couple of days back...got to get it renewed now itself, already checking is at its peak due to xmas n new year...

My Insurance expaired....try to renew before the ride. But I think I dont have much problem within kerala state cause police friends very well know we xBhpians.
