Humble Request

Guys I have few requests to all,

1. Get your Bikes fueled up in advance (No harm in getting few extra liters it's your bike only)

2. Try to wear xBHP Tee's if you can

3. Try to keep the surrounding of our meeting point clean

4. Be active and don't hesitate to interact with other members (specially for those who coming for first time)

5. Don't get intimated by other riders or drivers on road (You will notice this when you are riding in such a huge group)

6. Keep your head lights ON for the entire ride so that you are visible to the riders ahead of you.

Dont worry.. we can always figure that out. Actually I am waiting for Mumbai people to figure out what time they will be reaching Panvel McD and thats when we will start from Chandni Chowk. People staying en route can join us as per their convenience at Sus road, Baner road, Wakad flyover and Dehu road junction / toll. But the important thing here is keeping in touch with at least one person joining in from Chandni Chowk (preferably RRRRRockerzzzzzz). The correct way to join in would be to start your engines when you see the convoy approaching and then seamlessly join in at the back of the pack (just ahead of the rider tailing the group) so as to not delay the entire group.

There will be a short break at Dehu road toll naka when all newcomers will be given a briefing by MJee(I liked the name ) / Any other senior experienced member and all documents + riding gear will be verified. If anything is found amiss here, the rider in question will be promptly asked to abandon the group ride and head home(instead of heading towards Lonavala). This is a serious requirement and so please remember to remember to bring everything required. Check expiry dates of insurance and PUC of your bike as soon as you read this post and take appropriate steps so that you get to join the ride.

There is nothing to figure out in that. Its clearly mentioned in the first post itself that the ride will begin at 6:30am sharp from Panvel Mcd. Also same time was mentioned for the riders starting from Chandani Chowk in Pune. Please stick to it and avoid changing times at last moment and creating unnecessary confusion.

So finally it is :-
Panvel Mcd, Navi Mumbai : 6:30am
Chandani Chowk, Pune : 6:30am

Decide the timings for eventual meeting points by keeping the above time and meet points as reference.

Punekars, this is I think third request post by AmmaR (2 in pune thread and 1 here) and yet none of you have bothered to reply. Please see to it that those who are not riding on 6th and are ready to share their gears are kept informed about the requirements.

@AmmaR ... If you are planning to be part of more G2Gs and Rides in future, I would suggest you buy some of the gears and borrow the remaining.

For mumbai people to meet at McD, the time is 6:30 am.
so according to my experience with xBhp () we'll be leaving at around 7:30 am .
so plan accordingly.
Somebody will call one of the Pune guys when leaving from McD.

30 riders riding in a single group, in a single line is very difficult to manage and it will definitely decrease the avg. speed.

That may have been the tradition but this time around it would definitely start by 6:30 am or latest by 6:45 am. So I request every one of you to assemble at Panvel McD on time. Lets start early and enjoy riding the ghats !

We will surely keep the Pune group informed about our whereabouts.

Its pretty much doable as seen during last Ducati G2G where over 40 riders (though initially divided in separate groups) ended riding in a single file and still maintain a decent average speed.

May be since u r new to any mumbai+pune g2g(s), mumbai ppl always make it a point to leave an hour later to the prescribed time..
