I agree with Anup on this discussion.. Riding at reclamation will just keep us in the news for a day.. But what about riding at areas like Grant road `n` around, educating the people who need the knowledge about AIDS? @All: Hi Again,

keeping in mind all the suggestions above we have decided to revert to our initial main cause - Safe Riding on the road and wearing helmets. The ride willbe still done of AIDS day since we have procured Mumbai police permission and that was quite hard (again kudos to Vijay for that).

All the details etc will be online by tommorow and i request everyone's full support in this.

If you can answer the above then you will understand. Similarly my friend, this rally is to spread awareness by giving it exposure. The club of course also gets the exposure which is also very important.

Moreover, I would like to see you take an initiative, arrange everything post this ride for Mumbai xBhpians. I am sure you will do that the way you want to, we will be with you.

The primary reason why police are with us on the ride is because we are promoting road safety by involving bikers which do not have a good reputation, now how is that?

Everything sounds cool now ... promoting safe riding is of the utmost necessity on our roads, especially in metropolitan cities.

The thing that we are involving bikers who do not have a good reputation, is the best idea one can ever think of. We are really educating bikers who need education(in safe biking), thats real nice

. These points convince me bigtime.

Hope we have a great rally promoting social issues and everything goes smoothly as planned. Kudos to Vijay for giving us a platform to generate awareness.

@ all - i need all mumbai xbhpians to come forward and join in for a cause, the reason why i titled it as WORLD AIDS DAY ride is that Mumbai Traffic Police might not give us permission only for bikers because we (bikers) have very bad impression on them, well all i need is that max bikers join in our ride.

Aha! all is well that ends well. So Vijay Kuodos to you..change the profile pic if a cop sees that u are whileeboy...he will be safely riding you...

@Sunny: All your initiative are basically based out in Delhi and rarely moving to other parts of India...i mean rural part....are there any plans in the pipeline....
Moderators in Mumbai...dont seem to be available for anything...i believe that MG and you are the only people who are there for some cause....i dont know abt the newly appointed mods...however who are the mods in mumbai....noor...(but he has not been in any activity for the last whole yr i believe)...

Do something about this first...

dude i have showed my stunt videos to JT Commissioner and his PA so i dont have to worry, there lots more events lined up, but lets make this event huge than will tal bout other events.

i wish if this ride were organised simultaneously all over Country

Well to answer your question, Mods are actively taking part in all the possible events Online and Offline, its just that some are busy with their personal commitments and stuff. And about me bro i've been here since 04 and have taken active part in almost every G2G's, trips and so on. And there is no specific rule that only a Mod needs to take initiative or only a Mod can arrange for a G2G, xBhp is all about anyone and everyone. For that matter Vijay not being a Mod is taking initiatives for arranging G2G, meets for cause and so on. i guess instead of waiting for someone else to take initiative its u or i who can come forward and drive it accross. I am in for the Ride

Gr8 finally someone spoke.....where have u been all these years...i have also been with since 2006 actively..before that was silent in this community....
Well everybody got work commitments, personal commitments...i last remember meeting you at Bandra BKC for a small meet..to decide on some good ride...u never participated...

Good that you are going to be there for the Safe ride campain...

Mods add an extra appeal to the whole event..most of them look forward to meeting whoever the Moderators are...so an active participation of a moderator will only add more interest to an event...y do u think Sunny and MG participate...

Lets not get into any argument...keep it up and be there for the support...

P.S: I will most probably not be in mumbai for the event but our Mumbai Gang will be there in full force...with Pune adding more fire power to it....

@Niranjan: Try to get the RSA and the Gravity Warriors and others too..i know u can pull them in for this...

@wheelieboy: I guess you have my email n no., call if any assistence or voulenteering needed. Calvin n others are also on to it, to make it big n will be providing full support.

@Niranjan, Inder: Guys bring it On, would luv to see Pune's biggest participation fer this event, pull it on...
