Yup I feel good about the Double helmets too buddy. Yups would not have been possible without the participation of everyone... Thankyou all members from my side too. Now at least we have 10 extra helmets for the xbhp club, which we can use for caving also...Originally posted by Conrad View Postgood to see everyone in T-shirts and double helmets. Thank you all. without you all it would not have been possible. God Bless our xBhp family.
I am currently checking the pics clicked at Ben's house while the members are preparing the placards etc.
@Conrad: I guess you also clicked quite a number with your Sony Handycam. Do upload it, quick!

This is not just appreciable but it is downright inspirational. Great to see the effort you people have put in and humbled by the sincerity of it all. It is an eye opener and a very heartening one at that. Wonderful to see the city's law-enforcers getting intimately involved with the Road Safety Awareness campaign.
Just love those witty yet meaningful messages on the placards -
Bike - cool
No helmet - fool
How true!
Chance takers are accident makers!
There's no face like your own - wear a helmet!
Proud of you guys!!!

Fantastic initiative guys
These events showcase what true motorcyclists are; 'Love your Bike, but respect the others on the street'
We should make this an annual/quarterly/biannual event in every city of India.
Good to see the traffic authorities involved in the event.
Kudos for the Meghalaya xBhp Chapter
Hammer the racetrack. Pace yourself on the street.

Thankyou Sunny, Old Fox, Sunil, Strider and Binoy. Your words means a lot to us for we are the "Child" or the "feather" as SunilG said. First thing first, we could not have done it without our "Parent" - the xBhp.com and all its core members. As Benny said, you give us an identity which we are carrying forward within our capability.
Secondly, I have to admit the effort of the xBhp members and the active support of the Shillong Traffice Police especially Sir Herbert G. Lyngdoh, ASP (city) who, being a avid biker himself during his youth, contributed a lot towards the success of the event. The Flying Squads were terrific, discipline and actively assisted in the distribution of the Flyers to the motorists. Kudos!
However, we are yet to complete the "Campaign" though. We are looking forward for the next round of placing the Road Safety Posters behind Public Transports like taxis and busses and hope to meet the objective sooner.
Thankyou all your your support!
Regards.
