Guys - the t-shirt printing has been completed. It will be deliverd to Rupesh @ Coimbatore tomorrow morning and will reach here by Sunday morning. All are requested to remit the money toward the Tee to Aban at the earliest. We need to pay the amount of t-shirt by monday. And we are on a tight budget. Expecting whole-hearted cooperation from everyone.

@Aban - you are the POC for T-shirt amount collection. Take a print out of the list we have maintained. As decided earlier, collect Rs100 each from all participating xbhpians and Rs.175 from non-xbhpians. In case of any conflicts, please inform me/AJ/JJ. Call/visit their home - any means necessary to collect the cash from all. We need to have it completed before the event kicks off. Also, PM me your contact number.

@Those preparing presentation: Put all the files that are going to be presented at the event in a single folder on the desktop. According to the sequence in which they will be displayed, name them #FILENAME. For eg:
1.xbhpIntro.pps
2.RidingGear.pps
3.SafetyVideo1.flv
4.SafetyVideo2.flv
5.xbhpRides.pps

Convert all ppts to pps - so we can just run them directly.

also, it will be great if we can have a backup laptop too with all the same details, in case the primary one runs out of juice.

I checked with him. He said the same stuff cannot be transported and kept at Shangumugham and a separate one will have to put up. We will have to pay 1.5K extra for it... :-@
