Guys,we only have one trip- The Independence Day Ride.....the other plan had been cancelled earlier itself! So the next question is - WHERE TO GO???

There is no difference between Trivandrum & cochin. We will ride together no matter what happens. Am i right Trivandrum xbhp..???

August 15 is nation wide holiday.

Guys come on find out a new location where cochin also can join. as most of the people are clinching on 1 day ride.

I was going to suggest Dhanushkodi,but I don't think Cochin xBhp can make it! Gotta come up with some other place!

1)Theni 268 km, 5 hours 13 mins

2)Thanjavur 505 km, 7 hours 41 mins

3)Rameswaram 358 km, 5 hours 59 mins

4)Thiruchirapalli 448 km, 6 hours 40 mins

a few among which i have gul gul.. the point ultimaely is we need more riders for this trip whether a short ride or a medium one or a long one.. so its good that everyone should pour suggestions.

IMP: After fixing some rides.. please dont come up with suggestions. We know well that there are students working professionals family people etc etc .. we need to come to a point where every one can fit into... say budget .. petrol.. parential restrictions etc etc

So dont be silient or feel shame. You are open enough to speak.

Its a request from my side.

@Milan.. please do track with our cochin riders also.. as they are also open to suggestions

@Celebrity... according to monthly schedule.. where we have fixed with swaroop..?

Thats a good option for us in tvm.If the cochin guys can also make it, then its perfect i guess! We can hit Dhanushkodi as well!
I have posted a link to this page on the Offline Cochin Thread.So they should be able to join the discussion.

Another suggestion would be Thekady.200km for Cochin via Cherthala-Allpy-CGNRSRY-Thekady & 250km from TVM via MC Road.

KTM delay is sad news for me as well...

ayyo cheta am not coordinating it.just thought we all should ride together...if we have a independence day ride,then thats enough...no need for the 1-day ride. but i didnt understand what you said earlier. 2 days as in riding somewhere on the 14th(sunday) and returning back on 15th(monday)?

We will call it 'Ride for Independence'!

guys! how about wagamon and places around? its anly about 180kms from here..and almost same distance from cochin as well...and its a mighty beautiful place..will keep those shutter bugs busy..and a lot of places for looong line-ups! praveen chettan could guide us! just my suggestion...i'm in for any other plan as well...except for rides exceeding 250kms 1 way...
