The individual can be fined up to Rs 200 and the owner of the place up to Rs 5000, of course certain places should have designated smoking areas(pubs/restaurants etc).
Certain areas in this have a wide meaning, like workplaces which is very very wide definition and can almost cover every part in this country.Comment
