6:00 Hours should be enough time to DD & back.
leaving at 5:00 we will have an opportunity to see the sun raise from the top too.

I had to ditch the HH plan because of other commitments on Sunday... Will try to join this ride at least... been itching to ride more than the 10kms to office for quite some time now...

Next week end is Prabu's Marriage, thats why I tried to get this going with such a hurry.

I am feeling terrible that I couldn't ride out today ...

Met DJ & realredice near metro @ 5:00 AM, I could contact everyone else but not these two, knew they will be waiting there, so went to meet them, they were planning to anyways carryon, wonder what they did, Sorry guys for the disappointment.

Thought of giving the invitation cards in-person today and then post in the Forum.. but then the G2G was postponed.

@Sunil: Am in ! And was it really raining in the morning? there was not a drop of rain at my place

We completed the ride on behalf of all of you... The rain stopped when we completed around 20kms... We continued to coffee day, had coffee and then made our way to DD hills... Rode all the way to the top and climbed a little bit... The view was amazing because there was no view at all... mist all around... got back home at 11 am... It was drizzling on our way back as well...

Prabhu, CONGRATULATIONS in advance dude. ALL THE BEST. More will come later.

Great turnout~!

The event was really good as I got to meet all the senior members of the team, yeah rite~!
Anyways, after Sunil gave us the bad news, me and Realredice decided to carry on inspite of the bad turnout.
It was raining so the initial part of Tumkur Road was a slushfest including Lorries, Matadors and two quick bikes being victims ! We halted @ CCD and had a hot cup of coffee which was much needed coffee(at least for me as Asif had full riding gear on). The skies opened up a bit and we decided to proceed. We overshot the exit by 10kms(inspite of having heard the route from Sunil thrice~!) but made our way back quickly to the twisties. Boy, did we have fun(no road race but pretty quick in the wet). Maintaining average speed of about 70kmph which dropped to 40 in the hairpins.
Asif was'nt willing to climb up the peak as he'd have to walk~! On top of the peak for about half an hour, took a couple of snaps and on our way bak I asked Asif to ride lead, me having done so in the forward journey.
All in all, I would say I had good fun(wait till my bro gets back, he's never gonna give me the bike again~!) and met a good rider and friend in Realredice.
