Hi Guyz. Sorry I am late in replying but, as they say, better late than never.
26th July Ride: After a very long time, yep quite a long time, at least for me, I met my brothers. No, they are not my blood relatives but yes, they are as close as my other family members. Always felt so nice in meeting our own Delhi X men. I will not name any one. Why? Coz if I miss mentioning anyone's name, it will hurt me more than him. Thank you all, dear. really thx a lot. You don't know how good I felt that day. Long live XBHP

Now the HOT topic: Delhi XBHP politics.
I would really like to stress here that there is no POLITICS going on. It was just a statement. XBHP will always remain as a single unit, single family. All family have their share of differences. So do we also. We can sort this out also. Don't know about others but at least I consider XBHP & its members as a part of my life. And I am sure this feeling is shared by all of us.

What's the status of Dumduma lake? Has anyone been there lately?

Last time we went there it was really pathetic. And looking at the summers we are having we might have to take our water tankers along with us to Dumduma lake.

@Anant: I know you guys do not need ANYONE's approval for ANY ride and I also clearly understand that you can obviously do any ride without anyone's consent (least of all moderators'). So there. My permission or no permission will not really make any difference, I guess.

As for the 'politics', I guess this thread is fast becoming a prime contender to be locked ASAP!

P.S: I hope you haven't bruised yourself too bad, because of the crash that you had this past Sunday during the ride.

I don't understand one thing.. if one person raises a question or his views then why do all of us have start boiling over and rather then clarifying things with that person, we start blaming the mindset of few people.

If one person has said something then we know who is the person who needs to get things straighten up.

LP:- Things said by you were completely uncalled for. This is a g2g planning thread and not a blaming thread. you could have proposed the plan for the next ride and should have avoided the things you said.
I don't guess that you developed that feeling within a day after the g2g. If anyone has anything in their mind and if they think that something should be corrected then why don't they discuss this in the g2g itself??

I'm sure if things are clarified on face in the g2g's then the so called politics will never raise it's head in any of the thread.


Now about the ride: what are the proposed timings???

LP --> you have to get your acts right man, dont push it to the limits, where things go above your head. Remember this is a community of biking brothers where all are one. So dont try your luck out here, everyday is not a Sunday.

Since its getting quite dirty out here everyday. I would simply suggest to all that why not have a good gathering with all the senior members, moderators (present in delhi), and all who have this problematic attitude..... let them speak out face to face and see what all has to say. And after that Moderators can take appropiate action as per the happenings in the meets.

You know as this Delhi thread is going on a very wrong track ..... so lets get it settled for once and all and after all its our thread so lets not make it more dirty and help it make it out clean....

Lets make our biking brotherhood a healthy one and it would be possible by our effort only..... cannot let anyone interfere in it...

I agree with Shivanshu. Looking at last few pages it never occured as if its a G2G planning thread. Some serious action is need of the hour.... It really hurts me reading all this sitting far away from you guys.

Other cities are going way better than us. If it improves fine else I fear this thread getting locked very soon as mentioned by Aryan.

PMs are much better way of expressing personal opinions to concerned people than writing smacky posts. I'm sure all of us would love to see this thread being dedicated to planning meetings & reviews instead of a platform for discussing personal agendas.
