i had Agreed to what ARYAN,i did not contradict it!!!
Still...

So accidents have a time, after 7 you dont need because you wont meet with ANY accident. What a logic?
If you have a jacket you wear it, if you dont you cant, isnt it that simple.

If something happens to the rider with some riding gear he is is relatively safe(personal experience).

Let me add one more incident, my cousin met with an accident(yes once again), this time a Wagon-R went over his right palm while he was heading to his sister's place in North Delhi(this Rakhi), He was admitted in hospital for two days.

Now he regrets the fact that if he had bought proper gloves, he wouldnt have sustained injuries(Major Abrasions in all fingers).

Setu Mate, I Agree to what you are saying No where did I say one should not wear it, Offcor's we all understand, "How important wearing a riding gear is?"..

If it is a morning time,we can wear it absolutely with out any problem but as the sun rises and the heat becomes unbearable to wear it..

@ LP : Even i am also in agreement with all here...its the person's responsibility to ensure full safety from their end. Rest is all immaterial.

Arreeeyy.. When did i say that it is not our responsibility, But yess some times it is realy not possible for you to take that DSG on you in the heat out side!!!
Even if it is cloudy we can take it happily,but under the sun, really NO!!

Alright friends I havent been online here since morning and let me say it clear to all the riders who all are coming for tomorrows ride be it 10 or 100. Safety wont be compromised and so would the rules.

And I am sorry but I am going to be strict to it and see nothing wrong happens here. A request to all the riders who have there riding jackets please wear them... A riding jacket is nothing which sticks to your skin once you wear it...you can definately take it out at dhaba and feel the fresh breath.

And yeah another thing we adding a point to meet Rajouri Garden Gurudwara as well. And whomsoever wants to join can join from the meetnig points mentioned above as we will be taking the same chalked out route which was mentioned before

-South Delhi xbhpians be at Dhaba at 4:30am
-Leave Dhaba at 5:00am sharp to Rajauri Garden Gurudwara
-Leave from the Gurudwara at 5:30am for Wazirpur Depot, Pitampura area.
-Reach Wazirpur Depot by around 5:30am. So, Xbhpians living near Pitampura, Rohini and
North Delhi area be there.
-From Wazirpur Depot leave Max by 5:40am sharp for Hanuman Temple, Jhandewalan,
Carol bagh.
-Reach at the Temple by 6:10am so Xbhpians living in West Delhi area be there by 6am.
-Leave 6:15am sharp from Hanuman Temple to V3S Shopping Mall, Lakshmi Nagar, District
Center. East Delhi.
-All Xbhpians living near that area be at the mall by 6:45am
-Leave at 7am sharp from V3S Mall for our Xbhp Dhaba and be there by 7:45am

**-Timings are as per proximity.

Rules for Sunday's Ride
1. carry all the papers of the Bike (DL, Registration, Insurance, PUC)
2. wear all the safety gear available with each individual (Helmets, Gloves, Riding Jacket,
Elbow Guard, Knee Guard)
3. Riding would be done in Single formation - nobody in the group is supposed to overtake
the leader at any given time during the ride and no rash n harsh riding would be
tolerated.
4. Riding speed would be around 70kmph.
*Any person who breaks any rule mentioned above may be promptly asked to leave the group


From Faridabad one can wait at Ashram ( as you turn left from Ashram towards Lajpat Nagar when you climb up the fly over just be there )

Great Bro u added the missing places, So all Xbhpian from West Delhi Janak Puri, Dwarka, Tilak Nagar can meet at Rajouri garden Gurudwara just before the Raja gardan red light opposite marble market.....

Wearing a Riding Jacket in the morning is OK, but after 7AM! NO Ways!!!

More over, Not every one has got it, God Forbid if anything happens, are you sure it will happen to the same person who will be wearing the jacket.??

LP one simple question to you, do you have a time limit set for the Helmet as well. i am sure yes you may have. i am an uneducated man so my level of thinking is not as high as your's. what i can guess from the 7 am limit is that it starts getting hot after that and you sweat like you pis$ed in your pants.

and about asking the question quoted in the bolds above, let me ask you when you get out of the house are you sure that you would be back all fine, are you generally sure that you would not be hurt or meet with an accident on your way back home or just when you get out of the house.

LP you are like a younger brother but you really need to learn things about being in the society. and as soon as you get your act togather i am sure that i am going to be proud of you. you have really let down a lot of people not just once but a lot of times with these kinda stupid verbetims of yours.

I am sure he has no point to advocate there, and i would not be mistaken if i say that he was just not thinking about what he was writing.

You know what? I have been wearing the riding jacket religiously, since the time I have bought it, EACH time I have been out on the bike - be it 7am in the morning or 1pm in the afternoon. Then, I don't see ANY reason why you or anyone who has it cannot wear it early hours in the morning.

And for your second query, I would personally prefer if there are absolutely NO mishaps in the G2Gs or generally with each one of us. But, even if there IS one, I am sure one with the jacket would have far less to crib about than the one without it.

Lastly, one thing I am pretty sure about is - the one WITH the jacket will seldom meet with an accident; one without one will crash and burn on almost every corner!
