The Official Delhi Offline Meet(G2G) Thread

Well, its good that some of you will be riding to hills this coming Saturday but my main concern regarding this trip is for the newcomers.
I guess they should be briefed about all the rules and regulations to be followed when riding in a group. Just writing here on delhi's forum won't be sufficient. They need to be explained verbally regarding the whole system of riding on highways and maintaining proportionate control over their riding skills with the whole group.

All of them should be explained about the type of riding that you all would be doing. Nitin, I guess you can meet up once or can have telephonic conversation.
Just a piece of advice from my side. Just make it safe and secure throughout the journey without any accidents, any hassles.

All please cooperate with each other and just fit this into your mind, you will be riding on highway and on hills and thus, your safety is in your hands only.

Before the ride:

All the papers(DL, insurance, RC, pollution) up to date.
Do carry some engine oil(for bike as well as for lubing chain )
Puncture repair kit.
Some chocolates(Horlicks energy bar, best among all)
water

Make it a neat and clean ride

Keep it a single formation only, that will be better.

There is absolutely no "please"!! SHOES are must and compulsory and knee and elbow guards would be icing on the cake.

Also, avoid riding in T shirts and shirts. If not a riding jacket, a normal jacket would work.

i had taken a two day off and met all people and rode with them around 50 Odd kms to see how they ride.
Silently observed them and then have replied to them in the same way..
and regarding the Chocolates, thanks..
I forgot that,Most important Water..
Rest things i have already kept..

and i belive Oil will not be needed as it is a 600km journey two and fro,so Doesn't seem to be like that the oil is needed.

Lovely ride plan.
But won't be able to make it as it's way too late for me to change my prior commitments.

Anyways, Ride safe and sound and come back with lots of pics to drool over.
Sohail is there so i'm sure that we'll get some awesome pics.

And people who are riding for the first time with these people(L.P, Kunjal, Aseem etc) they are really good when it comes to team work. So follow what they are doing and saying. i'm sure it will be a heck of a tour for you all.

Hi to all,i would also like to join u ppl for this trip.i just need a small piece of information.how much wud it cost person (not including pertrol),and for how many days the trip will be for....i can take time out for sat and sun(12th and 13th)....plz let me knw asap,so that i can make changes to my prior comtiments....and regarding my riding skills.....not an ameatur at all.....recently had a trip to shimla....

then in second G2G you will be making trips plans... i my self making a trip plan on 27th to nainital or again lansdowne and 2 riders are already dir....

L.P was not underestimating he is say because you will feel very lonely..dir and in 1st g2g every one take a look at the new person nature+riding style....Don't take this the wrong way..you are the member of xbhp.com but you have to join G2G.....i my self goes from noida for the G2G because i like every ones nature over there...

Though Ramzan is there but i will manage it accordingly.(food expenses saved) . After just looking at the list of riders Simla memories recalled and finally i have made to move along with you guys. I am in until last minute urgencies stop me. Lovish09 xbhpian will join me from here.

BRO you don't have to apologize for nothing simply you have to join G2G we are rider brothers its only about unity not about apologizing....
G2G means get2gather....G2G always take place on Sunday but one thing you have to leave your home early in the morning at about 4:30 or 5 am for chaterpur or you can come with someone who lives near to your area...
it consist of offroading then goes to dhaba and every one enjoys a lot over their....
