Had a nice ride up to Vapi. Meeting the riders and seeing their bikes was great, specially revving whymail's Ninja 650. Unfortunately, I could not stay on for the night and participate in the merrymaking as I had to be home for an event.
During the ride back, I was ripping at 80+, at times 90+ in the dark on the old Mumbai Pune highway, using Innovas to light the way ahead. Succeeded in scaring myself quite well at times. 1 hour was wasted in replacing a blown headlamp bulb at Thane and then the maddening and tortuous ride thru suburbs to reach the highway costed me another hour. Was home by 10 pm.
643 kms done during the day, not bad for an 11 year old Pulsar ridden by a 44 year old fart

thanks to all the guys who organized it, i really enjoyed a lot meeting other bikers, spending time together, making new friends, daru, dance, masti, special cigrette by sanket.
met really nice ppl-> rachit, sanket, jayd, sanchit, amey, icemang, uncle, bhor, DK, beru, ninad, b'day boy and others ... it was fun guys...really looking forward to next meet.Comment

Not bad indeed, infact u did had good average speeds, i m glad u reached safely and 10 pm is pretty impressive, at your age. U inspire us all. incase u are wondering, i was the guy on ktm 390 u met at the petrol pump halt.STILL RIDING FASTER THEN MY GUARDIAN ANGEL...Comment

I know i am posting late, but was caught up bad since Sunday itself. :banghead:
Well the g2g was great indeed and it was fun to ride along with others. :thumbup:
So this being my first g2g, it was lovely to meet and see people of all ages and from different walks of life assemble together to share and live the same passion, the passion of riding.
Thanks to all who organised.
