Pune is surrounded by hills on three sides so you can enjoy your ghat riding a lot. Experienced riders say that Lavasa and Amby valley are two places where you can actually practice cornering.

Please join Pune offline SMS channel. Link is on the first page so you will get updates of meets, rides etc.

Also please go through the first post of this thread thoroughly. You will need complete riding gear to join Pune rides.

ya sir sure i got a college admission there and i am getting my bike with me but i dont have any riding gear i do have a vega helmet i ll be buying kneepads soon but i dont know if i would be a able to buy the complete set of riding gears

Which college you are getting in?

Helmet and knee guards is a good start. Pune group has spare elbow & knee guards which you can borrow for rides but will need to buy gloves on your own. So better to buy gloves first and then knee guards.

oh yes sir i got ibs (icfai business school) and i donot take out my bike without helmet i do have a pair of gloves already i ll be buyin knee gaurds soon

Main inspiration like Utsav and Shrinath have gone in hibernation so this thread is as good as dead now a days.

Finanical quarter ending .. So no rides lots of work it seems
BTW I am heading to goa on 2-3-4 (by bus) with frnz can any one suggest me good place to stay . Previous booking required ?? Any contacts for renting bikes there would be helpful too

Also jijai would be up till 1 am .. That was the last time we had there. . Other resto's are mini punjab .. and there is one more called pyaasa in budhwar pet(not sure of this though) . . Aundh parihar chowk you get nice misal all the night .. Then there is one more place in aundh open late till 5 in the morning .. "JG Cafe " and "Sky Garage"
