Ironically, I expected shanghai full of offroad bikes and its likes but it isnt. infact most bikes here are some suzuki 125 cc bike disguised as cruisers. no sbks or offroad bikes at all. the best part is you have bikes as taxis.

yup you read it right. and i rode of of them on half the trip to the office (half because I was riding the bike and I was challaned for not having a proper bike license cos Indian license don't work here)

hope i will be back soon.

btw,once i wore the xbp shirt to the office and then i realised that people know whats xbhp! 2 guys whom i currently know are aware of xbhp and read the "HARD TORQUE" AND "HELP ME " forums regularly. whats more is that xbhp is banned in china like most other social sites. so these guys use something called as proxy site .

Whatever you do, do not punch anyone there! Am told they know kung fu! Even the pandas there do!

Had an awesome trip to Lavasa. We started around 14:00 hrs got a lot of traffic while crossing the city. Since it was a Sunday there was lot of crowd heading towards Lavasa. Encountered heavy rainfall all the way specially just before reaching Lavasa, but the windings and bends were even more enjoyable. On reaching Lavasa it was like a mela there, never seen so much of crowd in Lavasa even in on Sunday. While returning back the rains had subsided ,so rolling down was even more fun.

Successfully commenced the Ride. Visited the ancient temples, got lost in the rains and drenched in natural beauty. The light fragrance of the sandalwood lures in the brains with the Strawberry cream lingering the mouth. The photographs were just a failed try to capture the view coz photos can't do justice to what we saw & experienced. It was just heaven with the Arthur seat simply envisioning the infinity beyond it. It was freezingly cold out there. We descended, enwrapped the darkness of the night with the moon shining luminously bright overhead as the wet mountain road looked like a slithery slimmery snake.
Ride ended at 11'ish while I was just tired cold and wet just went to retire for the day.

While coming back from lunch a scooterwala uncle made sure that he kept me behind on Z bridge... overtook him at last section n stopped for the incoming traffic... he didnt wish to stop n banged a skoda (a proper T-shot) ........ i just lifted the visor... smiled... n flew....
