    Pune: Mega Event: 15th Feb 2009!

    The first Mega Event will be held in Pune on the 15th February 2009 in Pune at the following location:

    Starting from 9AM onwards at New English School, Tilak Road, Sadashiv Peth, Pune.

    Get your:
    • Bike
    • D/L
    • Bike RC
    • Bike insurance

      From SB road head towards Symbi...on to Law College Road and then Null Stop. At the Null Stop traffic junction, turn left, away from Kothrud road and head straight. Approx 4 traffic signals later you will be at the Poona Hospital two wheeler bridge signal. Turn right to enter on this bridge and cross the Poona Hospital Junction (go straight). There you are...the venue.

      Keep asking for Poona Hospital and then for New English School, Tilak Road.
      Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

          I also wanted to be a part of this....waited for a long time.....but sadly when the moment arrived i m not in India itself..

            I am egerly waiting the riders to get back to delhi on 8th of march.

                The event was superb!!!!!!

                I guess we will come up with pics soon!
                I lost it in the final round.

                The Pune round was won by Firoz Qadri!!!

                      I missed everything, couldn't even join for a ride, the day before. What u guys did on Mega Event? stunts? Anyways Im waiting for the pics.

                          1)Thank thy God for being alive.
                          2)Thou shalt respect one's own life and the live's of other road users.
                          3)Thou shalt respect one's own bike.
                          4)Love thy bike as thy self.
                          5)Always wear safety gear.
                          6)Alcohol is a strict NO!
                          7)Thou may lust after thy neighbour's bike specially if its of the R1 kind!
                          8)Thou shalt ride with 'ultra-most' care and caution when on Indian roads.
                          9)Thou shalt never leave the engine running at long traffic halts.
                          10)Thou shalt follow all of the above.

                              It was a fantastic day, many people who thought theyw ere terrific riders and bikers were put to test today. In the end we had to choose one finalist from Pune, but there was the anti-climax, a solid draw between four riders which was broken by pitting them in slow biking riding test. The finaldraw breaker was between Sardar Ji on a Thunderbird and Piroz on a Karizma - it had most of the people clenching their fists and cheering one of the two riders.
