1)Meeting point: Juhu Beach (chowpatty, so we can enter the venue @ xbhp
style formation)
2)Time: 09:00 AM (lets have breakfast n some chat together)
@guys from WEST: Lets meetup @ Infinity mall, Andheri, link road @ 08:30 AM
@guys from EAST, SOUTH & NORTH: Plz decide a meeting point n dont be late.
@ALL: A lots had been planned to catch-up before the event, meeting new xbhp'ians, breakfast, chatting n discussing about the plans! One of us must win, I specially would love to see any Mumbai xbhp member win the R1 n before that this event too...

Hey guys,

Then apne spider bhaiyya came up with this venue of Juhu beach to meet up.
So the plan right now is, as the event is scheduled at 10.00 am, we all will meet at Juhu beach at 9.00am(remember this is IST matlab always late). Then we'll have breakfast there, meet with new guys, chat for a while and then proceed towards JVPD ground.
Those who wish to join us for the meet at Juhu are welcome or they can directly meet us at the Venue.

Thank you so much for offering to help. I'll finalise the plans with abhishek by saturday and will get in touch with you. We'll be coming to Mumbai using the old pune-mumbai highway and should be on the outskirts of Mumbai by 7:30-8 i guess. To be honest I don't know any of the locations you mentioned above
So lemme ask around and see if i can get some directions to reach one of these locations so that we can ride together from there on.
