Alright folks it is THAT time of the year again 
Time to start planning another one of these now. This time it is KA's turn to host the event, last time around in 2012 the G2G in KA was held in Chikmagalur. Keeping with the trend of (trying) not to repeat G2G locations, this year the tentative location in KA will be somewhere in the Kodagu region. Obviously nothing has been finalized yet and this is still open to discussion.
Traditionally we've had KA, KL & TN participate actively, but as always this is also an open invitation to biking brothers from ALL other states.

*Note: We have a max cap of 85 pax, so register at the earliest and confirm your registration by completing the payment to the respective SPOC.
Costing Details

3̶0̶0̶0̶/̶- 2850/- per head for the 2 nights at the resort + 250/- per Tee
Inclusions:
- 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch & 2 Dinners
- Use of swimming pool and bonfire on the last evening
Exclusions:
- Fuel cost
- Food cost along the journey to the destination
- Any incidental expenses for bike repairs :P
- Any additional food or beverage items ordered apart from the regular 3 meals
Before you fill this sheet ensure you have the following in mind:-

1. Valid Bike Registration Certificate
2. Valid Insurance Papers
3. Valid License
4. Valid PUC (if applicable)
5. A bike that can do about 500-1500 Kms 'without breaking down' depending on which city you are riding from
6. Have the *Mandatory* Riding gears viz. Helmet, Shoes, Full Pant, Thick Material Jacket
7. At any point of time, you *cannot* ride without your Mandatory gear. This is the same for Pillion riders as well.
8. Payments will have to be made to the respective city SPOC's in advance, and refunds will not be entertained since it becomes really difficult for the team to manage the logistics with cancellations.
*NOTE: Filling the form is only a placeholder, registrations are CONFIRMED ONLY ONCE PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED by the SPOC.

RIDING RULES: These are enforced not only for your safety but also our safety...

- If this your first ride with xBhp, please observe what others are doing during the ride and try to mirror that.
- At all times you are not going to overtake your *Lead* rider, and at all times you are not going to fall behind the *Sweep* rider.
- Please use your common sense (If you have any
) whilst riding.
- Safety comes foremost when you are on the road, please do your bit by helping to enforce that.
- Ensure whenever possible, you have the rider in front visible to you, and the rider behind you visible in your rear view mirror.
- Riding formation on median separated highways will be Staggered Formation, and on Single Lane highways it will be a single file.
- Please do not overtake riders within your group unless absolutely necessary.
- Stopping for loo/ciggy/photograpy is not recommended as it will break the riding formation, and also lead to scattering of the groups.
- Riding in the hills is Fun, but also dangerous. Do not endanger yourself and others in the groups by taking unnecessary risks.
