    Mumbai - Mount Abu, We Ride to the Montains.... (May 1st)

    Hello All,

    All the people are invited to ride along on a journey to a Hill Station not so far away

    Mt Abu is located 766 kms from Mumbai

    Dates Planned:
    May 1, Friday: morning 4:00 am departure from Fountain Hotel, Ahemdabad highway. Reach Mt. Abu by evening. Check into a hotel and rest.
    May 2, Saturday: Explore Mt. Abu and places around. Rest and relax.
    May 3, Sunday: Ride back at 4:00 am from Mt. Abu to reach mumbai by evening 10 pm.

    It is going to be a long ride but somhow i feel that we can easily make it like all the other rides done in the past.

    All said and done i am here to enjoy the ride and not going to participate in any bike rally.

    I guess i dont want to preach but all the other rules in terms of riding gear, paperwork, time-management applies and i guess all of us will adhere to the same.

      @cosgeo-Great selection of picture.With no holidays in my kitty 3 days are too much to manage for me.

      Btw I see many plans being posted for the same weekend.Spidy also talked about Goa ride for the same weekend but I can see him joining you guys for this trip.

          oh vowww.. the destination is so amazing.. never knew Mt. Abu is almost 750kms here from mumbai.. wish i could make it..!! damn.!! but i will never be relaxed until i be there some day..!!

                Yaaa man reallly. Hampi was a disaster time wise, but then tooo all the funs wid the bike man, the destination is jst the reason to take the babe for a stroll. Itz 3 days but u never knw how planz change.

                Budget would be 3500+, considering around 1600KM of total roundtrip distance & the ridin we do at Mt Abu.

                Place to stay. wherever the road takes you....... Jst pray we dont sleep on Roads (Anup has tht habit).

                  sounds like a plan.. i dont have off on 30th.. so cant go GOAing!
                  A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

                  Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.

                    Finally My MBA will be over by then and so will be my project submission!

                    1% chance coz since this is a long weekend, My folks who have been to trips without me all these three years and jhapped me always might have some plans :P

                          This is the time, abhi nahi tho kabhi nahi....i understand convincing better half's is major hurdle per---imagine if you are married and have 3 kids to feed life is f*****d anyway.

                          That stage will eventually come it's inevitable. so this is time to enjoy bachalor hood.

                          My only hurdle is the heat at rajasthan is dry heat---plus if lou hogaya kisiko then we are f******

                          I have already been to udaipur beautifull place --Mount abu rehegaya tha...

                            ^^ her birthday is something cannot be avoided yaar..! but lets c.. if something can be done.. if Mt. Abu is one my destinies..! i would luv to b there..!
