for some time, L.P's post are kind of cryptic, one needs to scratch brain and @$$ to decode it. I for sure could not understand anything out of his earlier post, anyways, 2 days is OK if leaves are an issue, else 3 days would have been better.
as for the Ride, start off by Friday evening so as to reach by Saturday mid afternoon. enjoy your stay and push off Sunday morning, reach Delhi by Sunday night or Monday morning...very much doable.Its not about the BHP or the CC, its about one common religion called Biking!!!

@DCS: True. Doable Mc.Leodganj is in two days, but barely touching the place is not everything. Actually, it's nothing. You don't get to enjoy the vistas, you don't get to scout the place for prospective shots, and you certainly don't get time to roam around at a leisurely pace.
If there are two days at hand, then I would suggest you guys change the destination to something which would not only be hard on the bodies and the machines, but where you guys could ACTUALLY go and enjoy.
Places like Kasauli, Narkanda, Shoghi, or even Dhanaulti are not that far, and can be reached easily within a few hour's time. However, if 400+ kms. is the order of the day, then I would anyday suggest Kausani. It's a wonderful place to ride to.
I would seriously advice all the members who would be riding on the designated dates to seriously think about it. Mc.LeodGanj in two days would really be hectic.:)Comment

Well, who says that everyone sitting on the saddle has the same temperament and taste.
Well, as they say...different strokes for different folks.
Dharamshala and the McLeodganj would be a good place to ride, though for the time constrain, one may not get the time to enjoy the nature or the vistas. But at times its just for the fun of Ride that takes us to far off places. also, not to forget that the time at times plays the spoil sport, so we have to cover up in the given frame only. else..... how would we be ever able to visit Dharamshala or McLeodganj if we dont ever get a three days leave.Its not about the BHP or the CC, its about one common religion called Biking!!!

It's evident you guys won't have enough time to explore around... so you may head straight to 'Hotel McLeo' at McLeodganj, they have excellent bar which will chill you out to the core!!
