About the G2G.

For :
# Many new members poured in.
# We had a nice time .
# We had a nice lunch.

Needs to lot of preparation and organization.

# Next G2G should be in morning.IT IS MUST.We did not have enough time or we wasted time.After the lunch everybody was in a sleepy gear..
# Many did not turn up and previous G2G members disappeared.
# We wasted a lot of time wandering here and there ,instead we need to get hold of a proper place and finish everything in one place.
# We did not have many recording devices like video cam or digital cams.Without the recording devices it would be total waste and also the memories i think should be captured well.
Next G2G we will borrow or hire a video cam ,even if we had to pay for the video cam,i need a video cam in the next G2G.Otherwise i am not coming.And also more digi cams...
# we need to plan from now on for a proper place.The next G2G should be properly organised ,can anyone take up the task?.Also look for the recording devices ,i have already started searching.
If start planning now we end up with a proper schedule in other 11/2 or 2 months which would make a another g2g.

i think we will put some date now only so that more members will know last time it happened very fast.

so we will have some hardcore drags and fun next time.let me find about the jakkur drag track.

how do i view the video clips ppl.its just not opening in my system!

Answering ur concerns in order:

G2G in the morning: Good if we are doing some stunts, the roads will be more empty (necessary if we are going for a long ride)

Many dint turn up: Can't help it... we can only call ppl and improve the communication so that everyone is informed.. coming or not coming is left to them.. we dont want to force ppl.. i they love bikes they will come..

Wasted time wandering: I agree, the point was lack of proper planning.. will be taken care of next time. The problem this time was more because change in plan as we go...

Recording devices: I will try to arrange for a handicam next time, and multiple digicam are not necessary as it will only result in multiple photos( doesnt make sense as we need only one pic and we can copy as many times we want) all we need is one good cam with lotsa memory and battery charge

Regarding planning for next G2G... anyone can take it up (though i'm always ready,i'll need some help)

Good points there sksy.. Just a suggestion, why dont u guys fix a up a place to meet everytime i.e. whenever there is a meet no one shud "ask whr r v meetin? " i mean thats wht we have done in pune [8D]

I too was thinking about it... but this was just our second meet, the point at which we met is known to many and has good roads too.. maybe we can fix the Innovative Multiplex as the common meeting point
