  • Important: Rules and Guidelines for xBhp G2Gs.

Like it was earlier (pre-crash xBhp), there are a few ground rules which needs to be followed with regards to Delhi G2Gs, and G2Gs in general.

    1. No G2G should be posted by members directly in the forum. If he/ she has any idea about a particular G2G, PM/ User Message a PM, (in Delhi it is 'Sunny', 'Ken Cool', Aryan and 'MG_Biker'','Rossiter'') and the concerned moderator(s) will take the necessary steps.

    2. If any member is caught on the forum posting any such 'plan' of a prospective G2G, then the concerned member will be infracted/ banned from the forum temporarily/ permanently depending on the situation.

    3. If it is a group ride G2G, then all members are expected to have their bike papers ready to be examined. Bike papers are the following:

    - Valid RC (Registration Certificate).
    - Valid Insurance papers
    - Valid PUC (Pollution Under Control) Certificate
    - Valid DL (Driving Licence)

    4. The documents would be checked whenever and wherever possible by the moderator(s)/ someone "senior" present at such a ride G2G, especially. If any of the document is found to be lacking, then the concerned member would be promptly asked to leave.

    5. If there is any hint of any drags/ stunts/ or any such thing happening, then the concerned member(s) would be asked to leave, and would be permanently banned from xBhp.

    6. Even during a routine dhaba G2Gs, please make sure that all the papers of the bike are with you, and in proper order. Regular checks will be made from time to time.

    7. If someone has any intention of dragging or stunting, then please do so at their own risk. Rest of the group cannot and WILL NOT be held responsible for the particular member's actions.

These are just some of the rules which needs to be followed as strictly as possible henceforth, for any G2G - be it a normal Dhaba G2G or long ride/ short ride G2Gs. The G2G scene at Delhi is getting highly 'dirty' lately, what with accidents on long/ short rides, stunts, drags etc. amongst a few members. It's high time these 'elements' were filtered out of the forum.

Guidelines for Posting about xBhp G2Gs
    • As pointed out above PM a moderator with the following details of the G2G
    • City, Date, Time, Gathering Venue and Agenda
    • Mention who will be leading and arranging the G2G
    • Any other details you might want to share in the thread

If the G2G request meets the internal criteria laid down by xBhp mods then it will be approved, otherwise it will be rejected.

    Also the following is re-emphasized:
    • xBhp is a tool for like minded motorcycling enthusiasts to gather and connect, all offline meets are no reponsibility of xBhp as an entity.
    • xBhp always advises you to wear a helmet and dicsourages stunts in public places except with permission.

And the following comes into effect immediately:
    • All miscreants in the offline G2Gs reported by other xBhp members to us will be taken seriously and probably banned from xBhp online and offline if we proven to be dangerous for the overall safety and image of the group. No abetting of stunts, fast and rash riding will be tolerated.
