this is once in a year experience or once in a lifetime if you dont go every year

but i guess even after struggle and what not .... you all will go back next year..... the pics already tell some part of the story

This was a lot of first for me.. my 1st experience with xBhp, my 1st trek on a bike, my 1st visit to Rajmachi..

By now it would be cliche to say 'I enjoyed it' and 'It was a rocking experience'

Highlights of the event for me:

-- To see MG start of from Satara at 3:30am to reach CCD Pune, before us at 5:30am
-- The blazing 80-100Kmph drive on the way to lonavala
-- The jackhammer type of vibrations that must have loosened every bone in my body when we rode up the (cant call it a road) dirt track
-- The dillema that kept the xbhpians thinking for while - to proceed or not to proceed, that was the question
-- The slick exit of Inder paaji :P
-- The crab who fought valiantly with us while we shot it (with camera) and later successfuly crossed the road and hid under a crevice
-- The roaring, drifting, skidding, pushing, pulling, falling over, and every other motion possible.. of the bike
-- The breaking of the mud guard(samuel) and leg guard (juyal) of some of our colleagues bikes
-- The excellent home made (veg) kandapohe and lunch at Hotel Atul, Rajmachi
-- The thrilling climb up the fort and really narrow ledge like pathways in some areas
-- The modeling sessions of Juyal and Ankur and the constant yapping on their cell phones, thanks to Idea network.
-- The professional photography of samudra (Mr. Ocean)..
-- The cool breeze atop the fort
-- The pleasure of having made it to the top
-- The echo of the Enfields while they made their way towards the lake.
-- The dangerously slick and chikat track thanks to the raingods

and

-- The sheer determination of the xbhpians not to stop and go all the way to the top. kudos to all of you!

Wow.. lets do it again \o/
