Date: Sunday, 05th July, 2009.
Time: 1600 hrs. (4pm).
Venue: xBhp official Dhaba, Qutub Institutional Area.

Agenda: Celebrate xBhp's 6th Anniversary, what else?
Plan: According to the poll which was started in the other thread HERE, it is decided that the xBhp dhaba at Qutub Instituitional Dhaba would be the destination for the xBhp 6th Anniversary G2G. Let us all gather at the dhaba at about 1600 hrs. and celebrate this grand day in style. The timing is kept during the evening hours so as to make it more comfortable and convenient for one and all (ladies and gents, both). Some of you might be having prior commitments for the evening. I would request you however to be there, even if it is for a limited amount of time. Also, today is Wednesday. So, that gives us all a 3 day time period till Sunday. Please decide your weekend schedule accordingly.
Needless to say, you can ofcourse bring along your friend(s), wife, GF, but even if you are single/ do not have GF, you can ofcourse come along. If possible, bring along one of your good friend, if you do not have a GF/ wife. Also, the riders must make sure that their pillions are wearing proper lids, and if possible any other safety gear(s) [like riding jackets, gloves, etc.]. Additionally, make sure that all the documents of your motorbike are present, viz., valid RC (Registration Certificate), valid DL (Driving Licence), Valid insurance papers, and a valid PUC (Pollution Under Control) Certificate.
P.S: Ofcourse, as we mention time and again, absolutely no kind of stunts, dragging, hooliganism would be allowed in the G2G. If your main idea of attending such a G2G is to spread nuisance, then we would appreciate if you do not attend this anniversary (or other such) weekend get-togethers.
Also, I would request members to try and be present at this G2G as this is a special G2G, and not just any other weekend get together. I would also like to know, if anyone can arrange for a cake, which would be cut on the occasion.
