been a long time since we had a major meet up here in delhi..
some of us are already going to shimla on 26th (himachal explorers), but there are many xbhpians who will not be able to join us due to parents/office/exams etc...
so y not have a meet in which everyone comes , we all go for a ride to NH-1. we all have breakfast together at karnal-lake (140kms from xbhp lane) after which some of us will continue for shimla whereas others leave back for delhi..
if riders want , they can ride with us till chandigarh (260kms from xbhp lane)
so :
date : 26th december
venue : xbhp lane
time : 0500 hours
the time is being kept a little early at 5am coz shimla is 365kms from xbhp lane and the avg speeds will reduce drastically in hills due to snow/blackice/fog. and we dont wanna get stuck riding in dark (after 5pm) in hills..
the plan is to leave by 5:15am (this time no waiting for late-comers). reach karnal by 7:45am. have breakfast. by 8:30am , bye bye to xbhpians leaving for shimla.
