Dude stop fear mongering. And most of all, stop spreading false information. Swabbing your neck with betadine does not protect your thyroid gland! To that effect read up on potassium iodide and the potential side effects that taking it can cause.

Saw the pics on FB, seems like it was a brilliant trip. Will hear all about it at the next E2G I attend. Unfortunately have to return back to Blore tonight.

Theres an A* SMX 2 in AQ in my size (you guys have no idea how difficult it is to find boots in size 44) which I have set my eyes on. Request that you guys dont buy it and advice other people not to pick it up as well

I'm chill. Just that people shouldn't be given bad advice, imagine someone going out while "protecting" himself and getting badly exposed feeling all safe. In cases like this it's misinformation that does a lot of harm.

You can tell your friends in HR that there's no need to get worked up. This kind of thing depends on the prevailing wind direction. So while the Philippines could possible get some amount of radiation from Japan. I don't see India even being in the picture yet or at all. Should it blow over to India you'll see warnings for Thailand, Malaysia or Indonesia long before it hits here.
