The Official Cochin Offline Meet(G2G) Thread

Nice Idea Sunjay, current status is-

Construction is going on, GAIL is taring all the potholes and someplaces metal and sand spreaded. 2 days back already an accident has happened in container terminal road. That's why there doing all the patch works on war footage basis.

Yesterday morning while consulting with a GAIL officer, he said that if we doing any programs we need to get approval from GAIL higher officials and local Police.

Ya, we all know that, we have to get the support of the local police to do such work on the public road. Since GAIL is having work there, we need their permission too. So guys there please try to get our plans approved. Being a very noble cause there wont be any difficulties in getting our needs approved. Anyway we will gather on 26th and pray for our friend. Guys ride safe

bro.. just for some 1 or 2 people its not possible as the majority is in cochin and i know your guys problem .. i used to ride to coimbatore all the way from palakkad .. i have attended many g2g with them like that and riders from Tirupure erode etc comes to Coimbatore .. people just point out some problem and try to make it work with the same .. common guys we are not same we should do out standing work

naveen used to come most of all g2g from chalakudy .. and sanjith , prakratij .. if we keep it to the mid .. it will be problem for them too .. well some time like ones in a while we can have a g2g at Thrissure .. i dun mind .. in cochin city there are just 5 or 4 rest all are from 30km to 40km range so thats why the tread name cochin g2g and most of all come after there office time .. if its too far for you people to attend we will update the g2g here and you can join for the ride coming up ..

How many riders are from Thrissure and Around ? If its above 15 ask the admin to open a joint Palakkad and Thrisure Tread i would love to see that

mean while like i said above we can keep 1 or 2 g2g a year outside cochin .. but that wont make any g2g then ride .. and TIME which is a very important for everyone .. riding a group of 15 or above to such far location reduce the no: of participation as lack of time ?


i guess still the juniors riders have not meet the full strength in cochin .. ?

i had found a CCD near Nedubaserry Airport in net .. dunno whether its insdie the airport or outside .. if its outside .. i like to have g2g there .. so that i can meet up with Trc guys also ..

The date is the problem bro, as mentioned we need sanction from 2 authorities
1.Police
2. GAIL

As mentioned in above posts, since we are planning it on 26th, the police might not agree.It will be a very busy day for them and i dont think they will allow us such activity without their watch,so slim chance. But still the cause is worth a shot.

Then GAIL, i think thats a 50-50 chance, they might decline and i dont think they need to have a logical reason for declining.

Yes what you said is totally true,only very few are there from Trichur, and if majority have a problem because of that,then its fine bro.We do understand the problem involved,atleast i do.

I'm definetly going to try and make it for the next ride. All till now i have been just watching others planning and going and enjoying rides.This time i want to make it different.

I'm not sure if we have even 10 members from trichur,I am still 50kms away from trichur.So a trichur or palakkad page is useless in my opinion.

And bro,don't worry about your words bring hurting someone,only we say our problems the other side can be aware of it na. So no worries.

I like the idea of the CCD g2g, but today and tommrrow i am free but my ride is not in perfect health. Maybe for the next one. And if we plan on sundays then morning g2g's can be possible right ?

And for me am only 18+. So parents won't allow me ride ALONE to that long ride to cochin. If there is one of bro's i.e Jasmine rider or Kriss2778 is there for any g2g or ride, I'll be definitely be there with ya guys.

So my case : If one of these members - Jasmine rider or Kriss is there, I will be there for the meet.

Mindathe irunatha changathi, i was watching all the threads every single day,post by post, felt so bad as i couldn't join for any of the trips or g2g's.
Now since things are little different i'm back as active.
Had planned two rides for december Munnar and Athirapally. Randum polinju.
So trying to be more careful this time, cancelling a trip is more painful.
