THE DRAG RACE!!
Well, after the cornering it was the Drag Race which had to be done between P220 DTSi/R15/RTR180.Avik's ZMA is less than a month old and so it wasnt included as a part of the race.
Now just for information, Jyoti(chiku181) weighs a lot less than Avilash(P220) and myself. He is also a brilliant launcher as everytime he was getting the perfect launch. On the other hand, i was having hard time keeping the front wheel from going up after launching which isnt a good thing in drag race!!

Yamaha R15 v/s Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTSi!
So i was expecting the R15 to give extremely tough fight to the P220. And true to my belief the R15 was actually on par with the "Fastest Indian" for the first 2 gears. As soon as Avilash shifted on to 3rd gear, the gap even widened more and it kept on increasing. As our race strip was just about 400
meters we can safely assume the P220 a clear winner in quarter mile drag.

Yamaha R15 v/s TVS Apache RTR 180
Now after seeing feather weight Jyoti flying off the starting line i was having my doubt. The first gear of the R15 is really long and that is what gave it the lead against the 180.The 180 loses out in power post 8k rpm faster but still the 180 was catching up in higher gears. And as i weigh a full 15-16kgs more than Jyoti, the equation seemed quite imbalanced.
Verdict:Both the bike's performance is almost the same in a quarter mile run. Even a hair's breadth difference in mis-shift/condition/rider weight will turn the tables between these two bikes.
PS: We couldnt shoot a video as my cam was running out of space.Only one video was shot but in that i did a mis-shift while riding the 180.

BAJAJ Pulsar 220 DTSi v/s TVS Apache RTR 180
Frankly here i wasnt having any single hope frm the 180 to give a fight.I just want to know the difference between the two bikes. And it was pretty decent(2 & 1/2-3 bike lengths) difference. It's commendable considering the displacement and power.

I must say p220 is a tough bike to drag with.Even after having advantage (My light wt + my bike's light wt) I lost out to avilash bhai...In the first two gears he had a slight lead over me, but i redlined in the third gear
and from there on the gap kept on widening. Finally he won and he was some two bikes length ahead of me. I must say avilash bhai has some nice skills
...he is a tough competitor.

THE OFFROADING!!
The Drag Race was over at 11:30 A.M and we were still left with an hour and half to do something.Sunil, the Explorer recommended to visit a nearby hill for which we had to do some off-roading.I said Why not, that seems to be fun. Took the road from Infocity besides the Golf Course which goes through a small village.
After following the dirt track, we found our way to a narrow road which was going towards the spot.Again we took the offroad route to climb to the top of the hill. After reaching to the top, we lined up our bikes in the customary position for the photoshoot.

We were having the drag race/photoshoot under this hill. That boundary wall you see actually belongs to TCS!!

THE FASTEST INDIAN

Finally after reaching the top!!

Clicked by Avik!!

Avik's spanking new ZMA!!

Sunil posing with his BULL!!

Arrey yeh nahi woh, nahi-nahi yeh!!

INFOCITY

We left the place and i headed straight to Sunil's Home along with Avik to transfer the pics to his PC.
The RTR Fi Experience:
As i was about to leave Sunil's place after transferring the pics i got a call from Amit whose exam just got finished.I asked him to meet me near Idea office. Soon i zipped all along and reached the spot. After a brief discussion, i just wanted to have a feel of the Fi because i love the power delivery of that bike the most. But this one was special.
The moment i started the bike i could really feel the difference. The biking idling was really sedate and the engine was feeling quite buzz-free. Then i started riding it slowly and accelerated gradually.Till 4k rpm there was nothing absolutely nothing.Didn't feel that i was actually riding a bike!!

Just when i whacked the throttle wide open, the distinct calmness of the bike got transformed into a wicked gnarl which felt akin to the roar of a Godzilla(frm the movie, ofc
). The bike had an incessant pull from 4k rpm and i hit 12krpm in no time and that applied to first 3 gears.Never before i had experienced a pull and feel from any bike ever. The K&N equipped bike also ensured that i get proper thrashing of my eardrums.

Even i rode much powerful bikes on that day (Read:P220,R15,180) they were not even close to providing the genuine fun i had with this bike.We had a drag race too and the 180's LET helped a lot in leading but when amit was riding the 180 i was catching up after 90km/hr.Such is the topend rush.I am sure it will beat the crap outta the 180 once past the 9k rpm!!
About the mods undergone in the bike, i think amitpriya would be the right person to answer

All in all, one helluva of an experience meeting with other xBhp'ians. It was a great fun meeting you all.Hope you all are part of the upcoming G2Gs.
Jyoti,Hats off to your cornering skills dude!!
Avik, I hope you dont mind pulling your leg!!
Avilash, You Rock!!
Sunil, The Perfect Gentleman. Next time count me in whenever you are doing any trips.
Hitesh, Thanks for clicking some real good shots!!
Amit, Expecting to meet you in upcoming G2Gs
Avilash is having trouble accessing xBhp. I will meet him tomorrow and also make sure that he posts his own experience out here.
Phew..Finally i have spilled everything i had to!
