Hyderabad xBHP MEGA G2G which is planned to be on 07th March 2010.

The discussion has already been going on in the Hyderabad Offline thread for a while. I am puttin up the names of the people who confirmed already. We are yet to decide about a place, so please come up wtih suggestions (place to be in and around of hyderabad). Here are the details as of now. The date is tentative as of now.

KP, Ravi, Raj, Ravikiran, kiran, tejas, uday, yaser, dogg, sumith, pravin, shashi, sarvajit, prabhakar, harsha, boo, sagar are the someother names i remember who are yet to confirm. And there are lots of new members who have joined and have been participating in the weekend G2Gs.

Pass on this information to the contacts you have. Lets make a biggest of all G2G's we had and further cab be discussed about the Blood dontation drive also.

Since there have not been any suggestions for place to hold Mega G2G. I will come up with couple of places that i know which are probable candidates.

1. Gandipet
Far from city, open place, scenic and know to all.

2. Ground near HITEC city station.
not exactly near the station but there is road that leads to bharatnagar from Hitec city station. It most of the time deserted, but Sunday morning cant say. I will check this morning.

Of the two...I still prefer Gandipet. Suggestions are most welcome.

Any suitable palce on Medchal Highway?

And, Can we have minimum strenght so that we get this G2G organized. With people less than 35, I dont think we can call it as MEGA G2G.

This G2G also includes the DaD G2G to collect the contributions for the noble cause.

I Guess , The Gandipet Lake surroundings is Deserted and Scenic too , but won't there be any Cop's Prob there?


How about the Place Near Maisammaguda? (This is close to Medchal highway, 2 kms from Cineplanet , Kompally) Surrounding will be like a forest kinda thing ,cool weather and also on Sunday Colleges won't be there so we can have Meet near MLRIT or the Related college areas. You can also have a drive of 6-7 kms of highway.
