This is born2lead/B2L from Delhi, I will be travelling to hyderabad for a week and I should be free on 28th June to catch up on a G2G. Really looking forward to it. I got Kriss's number from Sir Old Fox will get in touch soon.

Here is what we can do. If the drags are going to start by 9:30, it does not mean all the participants and visitors are going to be there by 9:30 only. I say lets meet up at our basic KBR Parking lot at about 7 am and take the long route to the venue. We can take the round from Filmnagar-Gachibowli-Tolichowki-Mehdipatnam-Shamshabad road. This makes more sense as we will have our early morning ride and even if we reach early there its no issue. We can have a better look at the moded cars and bikes coming in before the crowd catches up.So,

Meeting Spot: KBR 2nd Parking Lot, Opp. Sony World
Meeting Time: 7:00 am

CBR is the fastest and the most no of km clocked bike we have in hyd xbhp

i say we[the people who will go to the airport directly] wait near the departure terminal and wait for the group of people who will come from KBR ..
then we can combine and ride in formation till the deccan drag .with some nice in formation photography and also make a thumbs up impression on the deccan drag people

Guys I dont want to sound like a pin in the hay but the drags and tentative to start at 10am but trust me, there wont be any actual action till 11 or even more. The last time they began seriously at around 1 in the afternoon I guess. And I seriously feel nothing will change this time either looking at the way they took our suggestions and the way they proposed the event lineup. So expect a lot of standing. Carry shades and caps/hats/whatever to save yourself from the brunt of the sun.

You're right. Not only the timings but many other things were mis managed. Specially the car drivers were really in a bad mood. So I am expecting the event to be more organized that earlier. Going early never hurts but its a preference.

Yes, there was a kuntala ride planned on 28th and later it got postponed to july 2nd week i guess + the weather with no rains also compelled to take that decission.

So we are free on 28th, so there's no harm in having a small ride g2g, may be to pocharam and back.
