The Official Hyderabad Offline Meet(G2G) Thread

@All: We are riding to Bidar tomorrow, as Cheedhu mentioned, meeting point is Miyapur X Roads at 6:30 a.m. Please feel free to join. There will be a confirmation call from one of us in the morning. Unless it rains heavily (highly unlikely), the plan is set.

@riazmomin: Please let us know how was the road condition from Sadasivpet to Singur Dam, I have heard that 2-3 kms.there is no road.
We are planning to do it tomorrow alongwith Bidar ride.

Edit: Here is some info on the road I got from one of the blogsites.
Cross Sadashivpet and after approximately 3 kms there is a small unmarked road at the right which leads to Atmakur. The road comes after a big spinning mill on the left. You cannot miss the sign of a poultry farm at the beginning of the road . 10 kms inside is Atmakur ( single lane new tar road). From here the reservoir is 5 kms. 2-3 kms of kacha muddy road. Difficult for a family car to travel. Bikes or high ground clearance vehicles can manage this easily. The last 2 kms is again a tar road.
Facilities: Nothing. No food, no shelter, no leisure activities like boating etc.

Absolutely true. There is nothing over there except the huge resorvoir. So keep water with you guyz. There are almost 3 routes to singoor. two are from NH9 and 1 is from villages after BHEL.

You might be needing assitance from locals to find the route. It its rains tonite or morning. Then you can have hell of ride while going to singoor.

Refer this pic to get an idea This was after riding in a very small rain for abt 5 mins and on the main road in heavy rain for abt 15 mins....al the slush that gathered @ singur got washed away leaving this

Novotel is just 6 kms from our starting point of the ride. If are coming, pls give call to Sarvajit, Cheedu or Myself, we will guide you with the roads.

Was just a little occupied with various things and infact for the first time I hadn't checked the thread in almost a week and I think I have missed a lot of things

did a Yamaha Ridetech challenge happen? OMG did I miss it? have nice memories from that event along with the jacket, helmet etc lol

Its Ramazan and that leaves me with even less time for the rides so maybe after Eid I would join U guys for a G2G for most likely I will be free then and probably one of my last G2G for about a yr to come for if things workout then I mite move to the gulf by mid/end of next month.

HYDBUSA/WASIM - U in KSA? if yes then we can be in touch there.

So any short/half-day G2G plans early next month?

BTW is the YELLOW R15 done with its run-in BOOOO?

I stay nearby. Just give me a wake up ring in the morning around 5.30~6 and i can lead you to the pack. I wont be joining for the ride though.
