June 21st is World Motorcycle Day and we have decided that we should do a little more than ride our Motorcycles.

The Plan:
Collect and distribute food and clothes to the homeless and less fortunate.

The route will be planned by Kaleem Ma.

Please wear a helmet and proper footwear.

Pillions are welcome as long they have a helmet.

Where: Pradise 'X' road.

When: June 21st 2014, 7:00 am

What: Bring along food and clothes to distribute

Why: Because we can.

There will be a G2G for the Hyderabad chapter to meet The OLX Collectors Ride (erstwhile GIR) Team and core xBhp members. The G2G will be in the evening on Sunday June 22nd, 2014. The place and exact timing will be confirmed shortly.


Further those who would like to escort the OLX Collectors ride team from Suryapet into Hyderabad (120kms one way) are requested to get in touch with Kaleem Sir, so that you can be briefed properly.


We request all the new and active members to make time for this G2G so that we can make this a success

Hello Everyone,

Can those who are coming for sure, please get in touch with Srikrishna Das or Kaleem Ma sir so that we can coordinate this a little better.

Those who are coming are requested to bring along backpacks & bags to help carry the food and clothes. If you are bringing something along too, please let us know if you need it to be packed properly.

Please be on time, there will be a pre-ride briefing, which will be necessary so that we can figure out how best not to cause an inconvenience to others

Good Morning All,

Kaleem Sir and Guru are on the way to collect the Mementos now and we are planning and setting up for the World motorcycle Day and the OLX Collectors Ride G2G. As all of you might be aware there are certain costs involved while organizing any event and we would like for the members of the Hyderabad Chapter to pitch in so that we can share the expenses instead of it being borne by a few.

The following is the agenda for the next 2 days.
- Srikrishna Das and me will be picking up 100 food packets to distribute for World Motorcyle Day on Saturday. The cost is approximately 3000, we are trying to negotiate a lower price but will need those participating to pitch in, those who aren't participating can help out as well.
- The Mementos that Kaleem Ma Sir has ordered costs Rs. 3500 and we will need to share the expense on that as well.
- The Dinner G2G on Sunday for the OLX Collectors Ride will cost Rs.300 per head for those who wish to attend. If we do not have the numbers, the event will be moved to a Dinner hosted by Kaleem Sir at his club, those who wish to attend will have to contribute Rs. 500 each.
- The welcome party for the OLX riders will be waiting at Ramoji Film City to escort them into the city, if you wish to participate please get in touch with one of the admins. A select few riders will be heading to Suryapet, please contact Anoop Pamu for more details.
- We need someone willing to take photographs and video if possible for both the days. Any one who is willing to volunteer is welcome to join.
- We need help in contacting a few Journalists to cover us for the World Motorcycle Day and the Sunday G2G. Any leads will be helpful.

To summarize, we need contribution for the following:
1) Mementos : Rs 3500
2) Food Packets : Rs: 3000
3) OLX Collectors Ride G2G: Rs. 300 per head (Min 35 members)

P.S If the minimum participation is not met, the event will be moved to a private club for a dinner hosted by Kaleem Sir, the cost per head will be Rs.500.

OLX Collectors Ride G2G

We invite you all for the G2G at Tanisha Jubilee,Sunday 22nd June, 2014, 1500 hrs(3:00pm)

A select few will be riding to Suryapet to escort the riders into the city and should rendezvous at Tanisha Jubliee around 1300 hrs (1:00pm). If you wish to ride to Suryapet please contact Anoop Pamu for more details.

The rest can arrive directly at the Venue, Tanisha Jubilee at 1500 hrs( 3:00pm)

We will have the chance to meet and interact with the OLX Collectors riders.

Post the G2G, we will have a short ride to Gandipet.

It would be really nice if are in good numbers today!

Lets show our brother hood in attendance rather than our keyboards.

P.S. Expecting fellow bikers to be wearing atleast a helmet, i'm qoting this because i have seen a few bikes with the xBhp logo on their bikes and riding rash without helmets...
