Your riding style, posture and experience plays part in answering your question.

Like Rachit said its the just keep on riding, If you still feel the pain I recommend see a Doctor and get your checked...

You can also your pine support belts available in market

Just keep riding & it should heal after few times. Its the same kind of pain how you get after the first day in Gym. You have to continue doing it..

Regular breaks are needed when ur going for a ride also to keep yourself well hydrated at all times...start taking short rides so that you get used to go on rides...and also yes...roads are one of the culprits that cause a major damage

Feel free to pm anyone who is active as mostly people are active on what's app...

I may be wrong, but I guess you need a faster bike. I am saying this cause I"ve got a platina and a pulsar NS. One hour on platina and I have fatigue, two hours on NS and am still fresh.

Also I've noticed, hard acceleration and hard deceleration cause more fatigue. gradual is the better way to go.

Few thing you might want to consider since this is your starting point in Motorcycle touring,

    Weekend Riders
Many Riding groups across town ride on Sunday's starting from city at around 6:30 - 7:00 AM, for new rider I would highly recommend stay away from groups till the time you find your rhythm on road

    Organ Donner
Sunday morning is also mostly when some Organ Donner take out their precious motorcycle and decide to rape them on public roads and don't mind scratching or pushing anyone who comes in between... Time frame similar 6:30 - 7:00 AM

    Places

    Lonavala NH4
90 kms - 4 lane - Chance to Ride on small patch of Mumbai-Pune Express way (Just make sure you know where to get in & where to get out)
Road Condition - Good - expect lot of jay walkers - Not many straight lines - 2 twisti sections
Joints - Kamat / RK or if you have time ride till top and enjoy breakfast on Tiger Point

    Igatpuri NH 3
90 kms - 4 lane - less road traffic & cool weather compared to other options
Road Condition - Except for few patch near Vasind & Shahapur its in excellent condition - Kasara ghat provides plenty of twisti
Joints - Manas Resort(Little expensive) little ahead Veg Restro forgot the name but good food.

    Charoti NH8
100 kms - 6 lane - Proper National highway with plenty of long straight lines
Road Condition - Except for some flyover work in between excellent condition - Beware of the long high speed turns, blind spots before turns
Joints - Aahura / Parsi Da Dhaba - Best Non Veg food of all the above - Aakuri / Kheema Paav must try

For starters I wont recommend anything else specially during this season as post 11 AM temperature sores and some1 who is not used to riding on highways it can take a toll on body.

I would highly recommend Igatpuri for your first ride followed by Lonavla.
Stay away from NH8 Charoti till the time you get confidence, This is where you will find most SBK's (Plenty of SBK Accidents have occurred on NH8)
CBR 250 is capable of crossing 130 kmph and you don't want be in situation where you have to bend or break at those speeds on national highway

Try to find or join people with similar riding style, don't indulge in road race / rage

"Keep Calm & Enjoy the Ride"
Thank you saar, for detailed description

All roads are pretty awesome. Daman is through NH8 perfectly the smoothest highway, i have ever ridden on. Lonawala.and lavasaa are on NH4 nice two lane highway.

I have maxed my cbr 250 on NH4 and NH8
