A plan dat brew-up 6:00 in the morning today...
Just back from a very short n sweet thrill'n'frill Sunday Breakfast Ride...
to Vadkhal Naka, where we had Missile-Pav, tea, coffee, etc. & then we were roaming the inner hills around JNPD fighting some bad crosswinds & bouncing on bumpy twisties in the Rain, that was on Bibek's suggestion. some very good Posergiri, Get ready for the surprise pics...

Actually it started brewing at 3:45 in the morning!!

Reached home half an hour back from a reallly really cool ride.. Such a short ride but so much fun.. Wow.. Maza aa gaya..

It was actually an Unknown Destination Ride.. We didnt have a clue where we are heading even after reaching the meet up point at Panvel McD.. Slowly things were unfolded..

Guys were planning for peace ride.. waterfall ride and what all and what not.. But since daru devta ka ashirwad kuch logo pe hamesha bana rehta hai.. everything was down..

Shadowboy and I were deciding what to do on Sunday morning. Shadow wanted to ride to the waterfall which DK was gonna take us to.. But DK had some real important liabilities.. and hence he simply couldn't make it..

But as I had mentioned earlier, if nothing's happening on Sunday morn then atleast I'll go to Panvel for a warm up ride.. My bike was idle for almost a week.. So was the case with Ajinkya as he was gonna ride after a long break of 3 months.. So Shadowboy, Ajinkya, Bibek and I decided to ride to Panvel jst for Snacks at Shree Dutta and then decide what to do next.

All set the time was fixed as 7.30PM, Panvel , McD..

Spider all of sudden calls me at 3.45 in the night.. when I was fast asleep.. After getting up on sunday monring, I talked to Spidy and he said they were planning to ride somewhere but they cancelled the plan for some reason. I said sorry for that but we are riding to Panvel. He wanted to come with us so after lots of yes no yes no.. I left to tag with Ajinkya while Spidy had a chat with Shadow..

Me and Ajinkya rode to Panvel.. Bibek, Shadow and his bro were already there.. Upon reaching there I came to know that Beuroist Spidy and motor r also coming. We waited there for some time and then only Spidy and Motor arrived after some time. Everyone was asking everyone the same question.. "Where are we going? " No one knew the answer.. Some wanted to go to Amby while some wanted to head just a few kms from Panvel and head back home.

Finally everyone asked me to lead and we hit NH17.. We decided to ride a few kms towards karnala and then take a U turn to come back.. Roads were simply marvelous.. lots of twisties and it had also started raining.. Fatte maza aya bhagane mein with Spidy.. No one else seemed in the mood of ripping.. I asked spidy to stop after riding for a few kms.. which in fact was more than we wanted to ride.. So when the group arrived, I asked them are we going ahead or are we taking the U turn.. I had suggested them before leaving that instead of riding aimlessly why not go to Wadkhal and have food? At that time it felt a bit too far for everyone.. But now half way down, every one fell in love with those twisties and then motor suddenly shouted.. Chalo wadkhal chalte hai.. Everyone was like.. yes yes.. chalo chalte hai.. We again started riding and the rain suddenly increased making everyone dripping wet.. Wetter than a fish..

Reached Wadkhal.. parked the bikes in front of the regular hotel.. Hotel Mukund Vihar and had food there.. The hot cuppa tea/coffee refreshed everyone.. Did some discussion on future rides and stuff..

Just a few minutes before heading back home, Bibek said why not discover a new route which no one knew.. A road which starts from Pen toll post and runs through small villages finally ending at JNPT.. Bibek said he had once gone on that road accidentally and knew it goes to JNPT..

Ashish's dialog.. "Agar zara si offroading hui na waha pe toh I'll.. #$E%%$^#&^%*&^*&$(&^%*$&*$" aap samajh jao..

We left the place with Bibek leading.. Soon reached Pen check post and took the left turn.. The road goes through some small villages and people were shocked to see the 6 riders fully kitted up.. Road became smaller and smaller and finally some patch was totally ****ed up...After that a good road started once again and we stopped at a beautiful place.. a small bridge sorta thing with water on both side.. Spidy wanted some pics there.. Point was beautiful.. Took lotsa snaps with pojers in their full glory..

Did some unusual stunts on 0 bhp vehicles... check out the pix for more clarity..

Finally we left the place and reached JNPT. In between heavy rains were making visibility poor..

After reaching JNPT, Bibek asked for directions and we found the correct route.. And boy o boy.. ACCORDING TO ME..THOSE WERE THE WORST CROSS WINDS I'VE EVER RIDDEN THROUGH, IN MY LIFE TO DATE..Bike was literally being lifted up and pushed towards right side.. Ashish had a very close shave with an i10.. Thanx to the cross winds..

Reached kalamboli in time and then we road till CBD.. From CBD shadow decided to go straight while we all decided to ride via Palm beach road...

Once on palm beach we all started ripping like crazy.. was fun.. Real fun..

Bibek took a different road at the end of Palm beach road while we 4 decided to ride together..

Spidy and Motor were with us till Mankhurd and then we left towards Dadar.. Encountered some bad traffic near sion and also escaped a heavy police check up..

Finally reached home safely at around 1.30pm. Bike is totally covered with dirt and chikkal..

All in all a fabulous ride with the old buddies.. I am sure we are getting better and better in making such unplanned rides a success.. Way to go.. !

All in all it was awesome ride, a micromini version of PraveenKumar's Destination Unknown, OK OK, no stupid comparisons here, but yes it was a pure Blisss...

By "wetter than a fish", maybe Ketan just wanted to tell you that fish dont wear footwear full of frozen water while riding, if they ride atall...

BTW...saw the GPR collection(SINGAPORE) at AM helmets Andheriii..and it was like forget Cross and AVG...Fitting..looks..ek dum killer nd janlewaa

Alsoo i thinkin to gor for the TWO piece handle..he is quoting 950(sum japanese made)..Is it worth ?? any suggestions please
