well guys,

I made the mistake and test rode a Yamaha R1 and let me tell you that the bike is wicked. In 3rd gear you will go well into the 3 digits and then some. Kick it over to 4th and start praying. Hit 5th gear and hope your life insurance is up to date. When you hit 6th gear you'll be in hyperdrive. At that speed, the bike is so stable its unreal.

So what does the ZZR600 have anything to do with that story? A lot! Because I promise you that with the right experience you can achieve the same thing but in a more relaxed riding position. One mistake people make in buying a bike is that they want instant speed and performance. Unfortunately, this is what gets many inexperienced riders into trouble. Don't ever take the ZZR600 for granted. This bike is capable of doing everything you want it to do and more.

The first time I took this bike out for a test run I was blown away. The speed, the control and the handling is awesome. Crack open that throttle and listen to the ram-air kick in. You would swear you had a turbo on your bike. I got on the throttle in 1st and you could feel the front end get light. I hit 2nd gear and started to smile. In 3rd gear I took the needle up to 9 grand and you could feel your fingers start to slip off the grips. I looked down at the speedo and saw that three digits where no problem for this bike. At this range on the tach I kicked it over to 4th, 5th and then 6th. That same grin that I had on the R1 was back.

Thanks, Uni definitely rocks especially the old ones when it was launched. Its a true honda bike.

R15 is a complete race breed bike with good touring capabilities. I am planning to get it joelled. is thr anybody else in bbsr interested. then we can plan a ride to bangalore.

@devrockz , Should I wait for zx6r launch or you think 650R would be ok and vfm.
