Guys, Me & Steve are planning up a trip to Coorg & Wayanad this Jan 2010.

Jan 1: Chennai - Bangalore - Mysore - Coorg

Jan 2: Coorg - Wayanad

Jan 3: Wayanad

Jan 4: Wayanad - Mysore - Bangalore - Chennai

Dude try taking the Sathyamangalam route while coming back you will love it! From Charmrajanagar you can take Sathy-Erode-Salem-Chennai route. ROads on the Ka side are bad but once you enter TN you will love the tarmac. The route is scenic too.

It is the same time of year, again. The time when kids dream big, hoping that Santa would gift them something during Christmas. Let's bring smile on their faces.

Last year we brought smiles to the kids of Snehalayam (Pondicherry).

As for this year, let's extend our helping hand to our Shillong counterparts. To know more, read here!

We need to pool in the money at earliest, given the fact that our donations should reach Meghalaya. And it reaches on time. Please note that we do not have any specific donation limits. Try what you can...

People who are meeting for the track day and are interested to contribute...
I would like one of you to come-forward and collect the donations (from probable donors).

Once we have the completed the collection, we can get the money to the Shillong folks or get some essential stuff and courier it.

Feel free to debate.

Its Chicago-Frankfurt-Chennai on Lufthansa. See if we can meet up at Frankfurt... BTW I was at Houston for Thanksgiving yaar... Thought of calling you but somehow missed out.

Thanks, Anirudh. As of now the plan is to collect money as much as we can and get the amount to the Shillong folks. Most of the stuff that they are planning to donate are available in Shillong. Some stuff they are looking for are woollen gloves and shawls (these are a bit costly there). But Chennai is not the best place for woollen stuff.

I am heading out of town on Saturday evening. I will try to organize a G2G on Saturday morning for this.

When: Saturday, December 19, 2009
Time: 08:15am
Where: Cozee Point, Bessy
Purpose: To contribute towards the charity programme being conducted by Shillong xBhp members.

People who are free on Saturday morning and are willing to contribute can come over to Cozee and hand-over their contributions.

If you are willing to contribute and not free on Saturday morning, do let me know. I can come to a suitable location and collect your contribution.

People attending the track day tomorrow and are willing to contribute, please hand-over your contributions to Varun a.k.a. Wonderboy_TM.

The entire collection would be deposited in an SBI Bank, before noon. Thanks!
