Group B consists of riders who have some prior track experience, but not any team/factory riders. Only private owners of R15.
Group C is for pure newbies who have never had hands on before at a track. Prize money and race grids will vary according to the classes.

P.S. Also its recommended that owners make necessary arrangements to make sure the bikes are free from damage. Use tapes or packings at crucial places on the bike to ensure the bike is free from exposed damages.

Yamaha already did that with the R1.. they put the R15 body on it when they sold it to me

@asif: Will try man.. got some things lined up that weekend. Would be fun to come along though.

@joel : What if the Bike is registered on fathers name, and i come to race... will they allow me or not ?? Or will they say RC says its your fathers, you cant race ???

... Any idea for how long this event will run? I hope its still there the time I buy R15 (if I do).
You in group B, because you have taken part in couple of races or is it that any one who has ridden on any track before goes into group B?

Anybody who has some track experience can get to group B.
Again, they dont classify riders. You have a choice to select B or C. I chose B coz it does not make sense to me to ride with newbies. Need some good competiton. Nav you can easily ride in group B.
There are 3 rounds more, including this months.

@^ - If the bike is in your fathers/brothers/mothers/sisters name, they can surely relate it with your surname. They will let you take part. Your father/m/b/s will have to come along for the registration.
But you cant ride your friends bike.

This sucks for R15 owners whose bike aint in their name.. There'll definitely be quite a few people in this category methinks
