I'm assuming this because few week ago i got my scoot re-bored it used to sound same as yours, while engine braking it was audible to all road users but while riding normally only i use to hear it
when riding normally i cant hear it, only during engine breaking that too at lower speed when the engine sound reduces....but it was not there before.only after changing ring piston it has started & bike also feels too unrefined

^^I think "unicornrider" suggested a good thing.. First get the tappets & timing chain adjusted (just to be sure) & if the problem persist then its surely the rings..

Did you checked the timing chain tensioner? Is the sound heard during idling?

i think the mechanic checked everything by opening the head. i can not heard the sound when its in idle.
i can only heard it only when i'm doing engine breaking that too at low speed (less than 30km/h)when the engine sound reduces....sounds like something is getting stuck & moving on

I'm not very sure, but to me it seems to do with the rings.

If rubbing, then it can be seen on the cylinder walls, open and inspect cylinder walls for damages.

ok i'll have to go for overhauling...to find out whats the cause. they said there's something called balancer beside the clutch part which is the main reason for vibration if not adjusted properly.they said this because i'm experiencing heavy vibration after ring piston change which starts right from 4k rpm & after changing ring piston. is it true?

again during overhauling every issues can be found i guess such as loose rings(labor charge+engine oil+gasket). by the way this job will make a hole in my pocket but i have to do this anyway
