1. ask the mechanic to check the cam timing and adjust perfectly as company says or else it can give you many unwanted problems.
2. check the A/F ratio.tune the carb by some good specialist who uses tachometer to tune.
3. as far as i know once the brake pads are cleaned and set well no sound should come.may be it has faded out or very irregular or fitted poorly.

Problems with my Unicorn

Now, Actually I don't beleive in Company because they are the one who spoiled my engine balance. I never service my bike with these guys. Actually, there is some kind of "tick tick" sound which comes from the engine. I tried changing the oil but was not succeeded. My carborater was serviced because a lot of carbon was accumlated. Think so at the time of servicing, the carborater was not fixed properly. Secondly, I wanna tell one more thing that when he was playing with the Tap it, there were two small circles with chains which he adjusted. I don't know what these are called. But the circles were bounded by the very small chain from up to down. Also, there was some oil pump which was throwing oil from a cylindrical pipe over the engine. I really confused how can I get a good mechanic who can do all this things very perfect. Here the mechanics are like they now some things not all. Need a specialist in these kinds of things.

Is your bike still in warranty?

Yes... The Engine is under 5 years warranty. I had purchased my bike in April, 2009.

Then Search and find another Service Center and get it checked there.

No, the service stations are not proper because once they take bike inside for servicing. When we receive the bike, the bike is as usual as it was before serving.

Give them another chance and tell them like this :This your last chance if you are not going to solve my problems,the i will be sending a mail to Honda reporting complaint about you and your service center " It will work.Try it bro.

Going through a serious problem of my Honda CB Unicorn. Model is of April 2009 Black in color with shiny honda sign. The problem is with the engine. I keep on servicing my bike after 2 months with oil change. During the last service, I asked the service guy about the noise coming out of my engine. He told me the problem is inside the engine. Next, he opened the engine cover from the top down of the fuel tank.
(You Mean Engine head) - {Yes}
After than, he did something with the tap it. He loosened the nuts on left and the right placed on each tap it and did something. Don't know what he did.
(He adjusted the Tappets and probably the timing chain as well) - {Yes, this was his mistake. The problem starts from there after the adjustment}
Next he, opened the big screw (Shown in the diagram {attachment})

and inserted the big screw driver and moved the screw driver left and right. Now, after that my engine started giving me problems. The seriousness is that when I start my bike, say drive even 500 meters and press the clutch and try to change the gear the bike engine gets shut down and after I leave the clutch the bike once again starts again.
(Get the tuning checked of your Bike. Also see if there is nothing blocking the air intake near the Air Filter.) - {Ok, Bro}
There is also no proper air intake. I keep changing the Air Filter in each service. (Not at all required. In-fact, you don't have to change the air filter even after 5-6 services. It only needs replacement if it is damaged or can't be cleaned with air pressure anymore.) - {Ok, Bro} A lot of noise comes out of my engine. All of them may have heard that Unicorn is silent motor bike but the my bike makes a lot of noise.
Next thing, front disc break is problematic for me. The disc break pads (rubbers) give out some noise while in motion. Like I think that they get touch to the disc while the bike is in motion. (You need to change the Disc pads. the sound comes in when the pads are worn out.) - {Will Change the pads}
My front wheel that is the mag wheel is perfect with no bends. Don't know whats the problem with it. Rest everything is ok. So as right now I am in Pune city. I need great help of all the friends here to fix such issues. One more question is that I need a best bike specialist in Pune city who can help me sorting out this issues.(Pune guyz might help you in this regard) - {As I am new to this forum, Pls help getting those guys who can help}

You are right friend but the problem is like these guys don't accept their mistake and blame us that you only may have done this. They do not show faith to their customers. They think only they are right and the customers are wrong. I tried doing this several times but the result was negative. I wrote to Honda few months back and also provided the complaint against the service station. But what they did, nothing they told the problem will be solved. Just leave the bike with us for one day and we will get it done the next day. But the same problem was still there. From there onwards, I have left it and i no more go to these kind of service station.

Then the only option left is trying other H.A.S.S. as your bike is in warranty...
If you dont give a damn about the warranty then go to any good independent mechanic..
And only pune guys can help you in this regard.
