Default Not getting enough mileage in new CBZ-X

Hi Frenz,

My CBZ-X is just 4 months old and it's not giving mileage of even 40 kmpl. What can be the reason and how can I increase the mileage. First servicing has been done in time.

Wait for some more time before coming to conclusions....

Complete your run-in period and then some more...

Brand new bikes sometimes tend to give some awkward mileges...!

what mileage are you getting?

At what revs are you shifting gears? Also whats the max rpm that you are taking your bike to?

I don't have any idea abt the gear shifting pattern. I shift to 5th gear at abt 3000 (slightly lesser than 40 kmph ) rpm.

Please if any1 can let me know abt gear shifting pattern for CBZ-X.

Max rpm i have taken my bike to is 7000 (around 90 kmph).

How does ur regular driving route look like? It might depend on the kind of traffic that u hit upon... just a thought.
